I would like to thank the room attendant Kim who cleaned my room every two days, the young man who cleaned the pool every day and greeted me modestly, and the smiling friends at the reception.

This is such a cute hotel. Just enough activities with the pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, pool, blacktop for tennis (I believe), business center, and laundry on premises. It has it all. This is our second time staying there and it was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Rooms: Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was huge and shower was amazing.
Nearby activities: Plenty of activities to get into nearby and with a little travel.
Noteworthy details: VT was about 45 minutes away. There are several colleges are a short distance away as well.

I stayed here as an overnight stay during a long roadtrip. This was the perfect stay to help break up my long drive! The hotel was not far off of I-81, so it was very easy to get on/off the highway without being so close that you would hear cars on the road, etc. The room I had to my surprise ended up having a beautiful view of the mountains which was great! The room was spacious having 2 bathrooms as well as a living area and full kitchen with full sized appliances too. The room and hotel was clean & quiet. The only thing that I will note, however was not a negative for me is the room is getting a little dated and not the “new” Residence Inn design/room style.
Safety: The hotel is located in a quiet area, mostly there are just a few hotels are in the surrounding area. Also, the parking lot is well light at night.
Food and drinks: The hotel offered a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. The hotel is close to the Valley View Mall which has a variety of dining options.

After my home burned down, The Residence Inn was my home for several months. The rooms are very spacious and comforting. The service was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I would recommend wholeheartedly this home away from home!

Absolutely fantastic hotel - for those on extended stays, there is a full OVEN in the kitchenette, which is rare! The fireplace was spectacular to have during a cold snap. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is super helpful and friendly. Absolutely will stay again when traveling through the area!

Visited recently (2 weeks ago) on a weekend while visiting a client. The location of this property is easy to find and conveniently close to I81 and I581 as well as the airport, shopping areas and restaurants.The staff were friendly and helpful and since I booked through the Marriott Bonvoy site and had checked in online, my keys were ready on arrival.This hotel has all the features one would expect with a Residence Inn. I had booked a studio which was clean and comparable to a small apartment and has a living area with sofa bed, a desk, dining table for two, and a bedroom are with a comfortable king size bed, and full batch with tub/shower. There is a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator freezer, range top burners, large microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with dishes utensils and stainless ware sufficient for 4 people.Other amenities in the hotel a market, laundry facilities, workout room, outside gathering area and pool, an area where breakfast is served, a working business computer with printer, and a billiard room (somewhat unique, most other Residence Inns do not have this).My stay was comfortable and I was able to take advantage of the convenience to many nearby restaurants.Highly recommended for those who like to cook while traveling and especially if staying over several nights or many.

This was the ideal location to the airport; literally a 5 minute drive. Great walkable area. The hotel was quiet with nice size rooms. Very clean and enjoyable location. The bedroom was completely separate from the livingroom with this particular king size room. Have been to many Marriott locations but have never had a pool table in a rec area. Although the pool was already covered the outside seating area was also very enjoyable. Overall very nice location and accommodations.Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, well stocked with kitchen amenities for cooking.Safety: Very well lit at night with a clerk on the desk late at night and not in the office. Staff were very friendly from the front desk to the breakfast area and housekeeping. Extremely pleasant and welcoming.Walkability: I walked to Zaxby's one evening, less than a block. I also walked to the local fast food restaurants about 1/2 mile down the street. No need for a rental car if you are going to be local to the area. Everything is walkable unless you plan to visit a nature area.

I rate chain hotels against the chain. This is a good one. The breakfast is a standout. Really clean. With a very attentive staff working breakfast.

Nice hotel with exceptional staff. The breakfast was better than most included offerings at other hotels and the staff ensured everything was well stocked. The hotel is pet friendly. I would recommend path lights to the dog walking area or even better motion sensor lights to activate when owners walk their pets at night. I was concerned as a man was laying behind the building. I reported it to the front desk and security was called. This could have been a dangerous situation. I am not sure what the trend is for these high beds but it is difficult for older, shorter people to climb in. Although it is probably due for an upgrade, the hotel is well maintained.Safety: Improve lighting by installing motion detection lights to the pet walking area. Have security do rounds to include the back of the building, not just the parking lot.

They offer a continental breakfast. Don't plan on it. At 7:40 am, they had nothing out. No eggs, no bagels, no sausage, no creamer for coffee, nothing! Well wait, they did have dry cereal. Just no milk.
