Went into the store today with my wife and purchased my first pair of Red Wing boots. Can't say enough good things about Angel, he helped me find the right fit and proper insoles for my feet after preforming the foot scan. Top notch customer service skills and a genuinely cool guy with a lot of knowledge on the products he's selling. 5 star experience!

I can't think Alex enough for what he did for me. I had some iron rangers and they started caving in the toe box. I brought them in and he gave me a brand new pair. I'm OCD and he was so kind and understood completely. He made sure the new pair fit just right. No questions asked. I have bought 3 pairs of redwings and I will be telling all my friends to get some wingsss at the Roanoke redwing store!
