When we got to Roanoke, Landon had 3 house visits set up. We ended up putting an offer on the first house and Landon was very responsive and informative the entire time. When our offer was accepted, Landon set up the inspection and appraisal, and did the final walk through via FaceTime. Then when we moved in he had a welcome basket sitting on the kitchen counter; it’s hard to describe how appreciative we were after driving 1000 miles and having someone think of things like paper cups and plates, plastic silverware, snacks, etc. We were very fortunate to have Landon as our realtor and would refer him to anyone in the area looking to buy/sell a house!”
