I had the “same” tired changed three times within 2 weeks. This was about a year ago, I was a traveling nurse in the area and my tire got a nail in it.
1st time) I asked if they can plug up my tire. They “assessed” my tire and told me I needed a completely new tire because the nail was inside the tire. I was surprised because I saw the nail but gave them benefits of the doubt.
2nd time) I drove the car once within two weeks, the same tire was flat. I called and spoke to a man on the phone and he told me it was from all the rain the drains probably got clogged and nails end up on the road. I came in and paid for another used tire
3rd time) By the time I got home, my tire was flat. I immediately called but I was exhausted from working. I told them I would take a nap and bring it back. By the time I woke up my tire was COMPLETELY empty. The shop could not help me. Luckily a neighbor had portable air for tires.
Fast forward, my dad, a true and honest machine in NY informed me that it appeared that all my tires were switched and they were all bald.
PLEASE be careful. They are not honest. Especially if you are naive or out of town they will take advantage of you like they did me.

Shenandoah will rip you off, DONT GO THERE!. They use cheap tires and inflated prices, it ends up being 3 times what it should cost. The one in Glenvar is good , never had a problem there. Fair pricing and great service.

Did a great job on my tires but, these guys weren’t completely honest whenever I asked them to check rotors and brake pads when I was in there on March 7th. I specifically asked if my rotors or pads needed to be replaced and I was assured they would be fine, they just had a bit of rust on them and it would “just break off”. This is not how you do business and I shouldn’t have even been sent out of the shop like this.

Came to town for a drs appt and got a flat. My tires are hard to find but I knew I had more of a chance finding them in Roanoke then Bedford. Called Quality tires after waving down a truck and the guys told me to go to Quality tires, and guess what they actually had my tire used IN STOCK!!! What a miracle that was, they told me to come on over before five and they will get me in and they did, immediately!! I was there ten minutes and out! Thanks guys!! Y’all were amazing and very kind!!!
