I ordered a Pod two weeks ago. Day of delivery after I had movers lined up the delivery driver calls and says they only have the largest or smallest available. We didn't have the flexibility to change the date so I asked if they could upgrade to a large at no extra cost. This took a 45 minutes phone call during my working hours to CSR. The rep was nice, but after he said the charges were amended, my credit card was charged $225 more. Had to make another call to customer service. Found out I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get a refund for their error. Also found out they can only pickup certain days so I can't really keep it for a month and since our project won't be completed until 10/28, they intend to charge for another month at the bigger POD rate. So far nearly 2hr of my time spend to try to fix their error.

Update:10/27One week and multiple emails, even after this review PODS has yet to reach out. I received probably an automated response but nothing more.POD was literally removed from my property days before the scheduled pick up. Called PODS to report it stolen and they instructed to me to call the police which we did. They had it scheduled for a few days later and had not dispatched anyone to pick up. Few minutes later they called back to advise they had found my POD that one of their employees had taken upon himself to remove because he and he alone felt it was not properly placed. Couple issues. PODS placed the container so did PODS placed it incorrectly to begin with? Employee did not call, notify, knock or other. As far as I’m concerned he trespassed on my property and removed the POD without permission. After filing a complaint with PODS they mentioned that the POD was erroneously picked up. Interesting when it was not on their schedule. Let’s not forget all PODS have a barcode that tie into their system and driver vehicles have cameras. PODS was returned but since it was not supposed to be picked up for days all contents were not secured and fell all over the place. PODS then on their own decided to close the claim since POD was returned. What about the damage to my personal items? What about the extra days I needed to take off from work to finish packing due to loss days. What about the UHAUL I had to rent? What about the movers I paid to assist with loading? We called back and filed another claim and PODS has been non responsive. Since the onset we emailed multiple times to supposedly a supervisor and literally no response and called multiple occasions and when we stated the issue were literally hung up on. Thank goodness for the couple Customer Service folks that did care. Again have not heard from PODS for over two weeks after multiple attempts. Will keep trying and if not successful will be seeking legal assistance as they are 100% liable for all damages caused by their negligence.

Excellent customer service during every step of the process. Every person we came in contact with was courteous and professional. Working with PODS made a stressful experience much easier to deal with.We highly recommend them to everyone!

Pods made my long distance move easy. It was great to not have to drive a truck and the cost was great for the distance I moved. Customers service was excellent, it was easy to get estimates, and the pricing structure was very straightforward.

Pods took the job (3,pods in all) and refused to finish it,saying my destination is too far,which is in VA ,my pods are in VA,but they bought my Pod from Florida.They have no problem charging up my credit card.They even admitted they made a mistake when they booked the job and are still charging my credit card for rent on the pods while they sit in their warehouse in VA and not deliver my 3 pods.

Good price, lots of time choices, easy to set up and make changes, delivered and picked up on time. Friendly and knowledgeable drivers. Will definitely recommend and use again!

False advertising. It does not say in the ads that they don't deliver to all zip codes. Very poor customer service. Each time you call, you're on hold more than an hour before you even get to talk to someone. Then they say they'll have a supervisor contact you and they never do. Since they wouldn't deliver to our zip code, we had to hire a moving company to unload the PODs and deliver to our house. Thus resulting in paying for two movers for one move! So any money we thought we would save using PODs was spent and then some on having to hire another mover. Our TV was damaged and I sent an email and no one has gotten back to me regarding this issue. They show no respect for their customers. Very poorly run company!

Professional. Communication was an easy process and everything went smoothly from the intitial phone call to the delivery. No issues during the entire process, which took 6 months to complete for my move and what I needed.

Pods showed on schedule, container was in good condition, online portal was user friendly, pickup went smoothly with zero issues.

All of the employees at PODS really made an effort to help me and my family. Long distance moves are hard enough as it is, PODS took a lot of worry off of my plate.

We used pods once before when we moved from FL back to VA. It was a wonderful experience. We didn't stress about moving it from one place to another. The drop offs and pick ups were all scheduled and very helpful.We are using them again to move within the state of VA. They have been great to work with.

Great company. Did a great job. Drivers were excellent. Customer service could use some work. Take your time during the quote/booking time so you understand the costs and terms entirely. I would use them again.

ATTENTION!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED BLINDDespite all the paperwork we signed at the beginning ( total 3000$), which we got charged right away; they are hustling us for ADDITIONAL $1800 to get THE SAME STUFF DELIVERED to us. Unbelievable. Customer support will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear, will promise to "take care of it" and then a day later you get billed anyway.They are hustlers and I have all the paperwork to prove it
