I really love Pinnacle and I've been banking with them for many years. The ATM always smells like pee. I went in today after using the ATM to let them know that I'm not sure why it smells like pee all the time and it was really bad today. I was told we're downtown what do you want us to do. I suggested maybe taking a bowl of soapy water out there to to just toss on the ground to get rid of the smell and pee. But I was treated not great and I'm not very happy about how I was treated as the lady was pretty rude about it. It's disgusting when you're trying to go to the ATM and it just smells like bad pee

This pinnacle is amazing! Everyone who works in that building is top notch....easily the best bank in town.
