Traveling through Virginia and had car issues. Dropped the car off at Phins and it was the best choice I made. Him and his crew tackled the issue and even helped us get parts we needed. After fixing our vehicle he followed up with us the next day to make sure the car was running well and that we were safe. Tons of respect and highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

I have been coming to Phins for about two years now ,since my mechanic Shenn who I have trusted with my cars and my families vehicles for years went to work for Phins , He is a exceptional mechanic on all levels, whether it’s , BMW, Mercedes you name it, he will pen point the problem and resolve the issue.. Great place ,,Nice people.. The owner is nice and very friendly..,highly recommend

This place is the worst Mechanics in whole Roanoke., I got really bad experience with these people I Bring my car to a simply job And they make a really big mistake. They broke my car and I told them and they act like they didn’t do anything if you want a good job to be done on your car find somebody else cause these People gonna make you lose a lot of money. They are not professional they’re beginners. Also, they take five days to find Car battery it’s ridiculous. I never gonna come back To the shop

Ask about Jhon, he is a good mechanic and very calm, the Chinese are angrier, they have a bad character and they don't even greet you.

One star because I can't give them a zero! A few weeks back my 2012 Volvo with 68K miles wouldn't start. I was down the street from this place so I brought it there on Wed morning. They told me they would diagnose and call me by end of the day. Wed, no call, Thursday, no call. I called around 3pm on Friday and they told me I would need a new engine for $6400. Mind you, I drove by everyday on the way home and my car was not moved from the same spot it was parked on Wed morning!! So how was it diagnosed?!?! They assumed I didn't know better and were ready to take advantage of a womwn SMH. When I showed up Sat to pick my car up, the little Asian man was super rude so I took my keys and left. I wonder how many other people/WOMEN they have played (specially since it's tax time). I would not recommend this place at all!! Sorry Phin, you wasn't keeping MY car LOL. Come to find out, it was 2 fuel injectors for a fraction of the cost they gave me. Scammers!!
