We saw Dr. Ortiz when we got a new dog. Dr. Ortiz seems friendly, caring and helpful. She also performed surgery on Jasper (neutered). It's a little bit of an odd place (former bank location) however, everyone at this place was helpful and nice. Shoutout to Maddie as well for working with us in scheduling. Thanks!

I've been to Pet Vet several times in the last year. I was so impressed with EVERYONE ?. From the reception desk to the Veterinarian , I had wonderful experiences. They were all professional, friendly, caring ? and empathetic. I would recommend them to anyone again and I ❤️??

Petvet is a wonderful place with a welcoming staff of pet lovers! The Doctors and Techs (yes all of them) are EXCELLENT and friendly. They know me and my pets by name when I come in.

I highly recommend Pet Vet Roanoke. The doctors are exccellent at what they do, as is also the staff. They are all skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough.There is something else too : they are genuinely friendly, understsnding and very caring. They obviously really like and are committed to their chosen professions.That is always important and gratefully received at any time---but even more so when having to say goodbye to a treasured pet. In early 2023 my daughter and I had to have our sweet 21 year old cat Laverne put to sleep. She had cancer. Everyone at Pet Vet Roanoke was so thoughtful and caring and that really helped. We are glad that we found Pet Vet Roanoke.

Dr. McBane and her staff are aaaaamazinggg! They were able to fit me in for an appt a day early for our beloved Blackie kitty! They were wonderful with him and easy to talk to. The prices were very reasonable. We plan on making this office our vet for our fur babies here on out!

They are the nicest people , the WHOLE STAFF Wonderful from setting appointment on and my Vet was so helpful answered all my questions, suggested some great ideas and took her time with us on everything, I will defiantly be going back there for my pet's next visit ? a very satisfied customer!

I highly recommend Pet Vet. It’s easy to schedule appointments and my cats love going there and get vaccinated because the treats they get during the shots are so good they don’t even notice the shots. They’re also very competent with diagnosis and treatment when my cats have a medical issue.

We had a great experience at pet vet. I was not able to get in with my vet for a sick appointment and pet vet got me in the next day. They were very friendly and compassionate and we will definitely see them again.
