Ordered a 275$ exhaust and they took my money but never sent a confirmation email or any information at all. I’ve tried emailing multiple times with no response and called a lot and the line is always “busy” not sure if this sites a scam now or what but I’d like some information asap

I had ordered a exhaust system off of there main site and it was around $200 and i had not received a shipping order or saying that i had purchased it ive tried calling them but the line is always busy. I would rate 0 stars.

I ordered from their eBay store. I strongly dislike leaving poor feedback, but the exhaust system they sold me had one wrong tailpipe. It ended up costing me over 200$ in labor and shop supplies to fix their mistake. The shop had to get a whole new tailpipe and bend it properly. As anyone knows, once the installation process is started, there is no going back. I contacted the seller letting them know one of the tailpipes was over a foot too short and bent incorrectly. It must be for a different truck because the other side was a perfect fit. When I told them this, they made excuses and were very unprofessional. I shared screenshots of the conversation showing the responses and then how they just stopped responding instead of doing the right thing and trying to make it right. I would not recommend buying anything from them. Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional and would not admit to a mistake. Unfortunately, now I am out the money and they will just find a way to get this feedback removed. The worst part is that they expected me to know there was a mistake. When I selected the correct system based on the wheelbase, engine and model of my truck, I trusted they would send me the correct items. I'm not a mechanic so there is no way I could reasonably just look at it and know it was wrong. That's unrealistic. I hope this helps that no one else gets stuck spending $700+ on an exhaust kit when it should have been around $500.

Company doesn't have good customer service. I explained everything that had happened politely and they ended up being very rude. Blaming the problem on me. That is not good customer service. Good Customer Service is being polite and then offering a solution that would be a good possibility for the customer. Such as i was trying to do a return, and if it wasn't possible to do the return you can offer an alternative possibility such as telling me that i could always sell it to another person. but they played the blame game.

Ordered this dual exhaust kit for my sons 08 f150, knew it was a cheap kit but got it anyway. Whoever welds up the full boar mufflers needs to go back to school, incompleted welds, deciding whether to get a different muffler or finish welding this one. For the quality of fitment should be a 50 dollar kit not 175.00, will not buy another.
