The young lady, Deanna did my hair. She washed it with ease it felt so good. Then she touched up my original haircut, my style was perfect. I would come back again for Deanna to cut and style my hair.

I made my appointment online a day ahead and was called back within 10 minutes of signing in when I got there. I got the sort of stylist (re experience level) I requested. She gave me a very precise haircut, just what I asked for. For the blow-out, I asked her to style it how she thought it should be. She liked the barrel waves she created in the back enough to ask me if she could take a pic on the way out. The shampoo, cut, and blow dry cost not a penny more than I was quoted. There were so many interesting people and styles moving all around in the large space, it was great for people-watching. A good experience, all in all.

I was very pleased with my service at Paul Mitchell Beauty School.The stylist was very friendly, professional,and very knowledgeable,I.i will continue to go there because I was very pleased with the way my hair turned out,very soft shiny and beautiful,also the color they selected for me was phenomenal and very becoming for my complexion.

they told me they could get me to my inspirational picture, but i ended up pink and orange. it looked awful, but they genuinely thought it looked great. also was charged $81 extra for NINE additional 1oz bowls when i only had THREE. two for lightener and one for color when on their website it says $9 for additional bowls. i spoke with a mentor there when i noticed it on my receipt and brought it to her attention. she even agreed with me that i was over charged and it only should’ve been $21 additional for three bowls, but that she didn’t have access to the computer so i had to wait for the guy who’s the “only one” with access to it and able to give refunds. he then said that no i was charged right because they charge for 3 ounces when they only have 1 ounce bowls so he did 3x3 that’s how i got charged $81 instead of $21! which is ridiculous and when i tried explaining that to him he just said 3x3 is 9 you was charged correctly is there anything else i can help you with otherwise goodbye. his name is Jordan. DO NOT GO HERE. i hated my hair so much that i went to walmart for box dye immediately after to fix it myself

My daughter came in for red highlights and a silk press on virgin hair. Not only did she end up with orange hair where it was bleached badly but she didn’t get the press because it took longer than expected. The teacher or whatever she was didn’t know anymore than the student. Her hair is bleached horribly end we are fearful that it is damaging it further. I ended up paying $104 for a bad dye job and damaged hair. What’s worse is now I get to spend more money to fix what was messed up. I don’t fault the stylist as much as the teacher who appeared to not care about her students success. I will never suggest this place to anyone else.
