I recently went through the difficult process of having my vehicle deemed a total loss. I first found a similar replacement vehicle out of state and after paying the deposit for the vehicle it was sold to a local customer before I could even set up the transport! That chaos resulted in being a blessing that brought me to this dealership. This was to be another out of state transaction which I was very leery about due to my last experience. I immediately felt at ease upon the first contact I had with Jim. He made sure that I would be the purchaser of the vehicle and was beyond AMAZING and LOYAL! Jim and his manager, Sonia, are extremely knowledgable and set the bar high for being people driven and NOT sales focused. Being on an intense time crunch with Christmas being right around the corner and a huge lack of transportation companies available it was crucial for this purchase to go smoothly. Unfortunately, my transportation company dropped the ball and left me in a corner with just about no options for pick up. Devastated doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt. Sonia is a true ROCKSTAR and kept in constant contact with me to assure me that they would hold the car for me and not to worry about losing the sale due to the transport issues. She was able to coordinate with a transport company to pick up the vehicle on Christmas Eve and it was delivered Christmas night!!!! The vehicle was exactly as described but actually even better!!!! It was immaculate inside and out!!!!!! I cannot put in words to accurately describe how much they meant to me by being there to help me during this insanely stressful time. Sonia and Jim are a true class act!!!!! I 100% recommend this dealership to anyone and EVERYONE!!!Thank you Sonia and Jim!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst aftersales experience ever. Multiple calls to the dealership with little to no movement of documents being sent, delivery of second key FOB, and documents necessary to title car. I am now 1 day from 30-day tags expiring and unable to register it. Sales manager instead of taking responsibility for the issues just offers excuses.

RYAN IN PARTS MADE IT EASY. I needed to order a small inexpensive part.... and I needed it shipped. I'm not local. Ryan made a task that everyone seems to make complicated... SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT. If I was local Ryan would be my first call for all Acura parts for sure. Not sure who needs to see this... but Ryan is an asset to the team! THANK YOU RYAN!!!

My husband and I drove in to look at a specific car. After sitting down with the Salesman (who was fairly decent at first) to look at numbers, the salesman got an attitude when we asked if he could ask the GM if that was lowest they could do on the car. He went and got the General Manager. The GM walked in, shook our hands, and said sorry we couldn't come to an agreement, told us happy Thanksgiving, and walked away. We had planned on purchasing the vehicle, but after the attitude from the Salesman and GM, we went to another luxury dealer and were met with INCREDIBLE service. I'm sorry, but if you get an attitude and send people out the door for asking a SINGLE question, you have poor customer service. Do Not Recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with James Thomas at Parks Acura of Roanoke. After looking and looking and looking, we couldn't find anything we felt comfortable paying for. Anywhere. I contacted Parks Acura about a vehicle I saw on their lot, and when I realized it was out of my price range, JT still jumped in and helped out, offering suggestions, their team just really put the work in. No dealership or car salesman that I had dealt with in the six weeks prior to them even attempted to help me, especially once they found out I was paying cash. I had 3 helping me, Sonia and Jeff were also fantastic! I didn't feel like I was pressured or that my wants were pushed aside, they asked me what I was looking for and they found it with in the week. It may have been a different make and model, but it had everything I wanted in performance and comfort and then some!! I got a reliable ride for a good price and at Parks Acura it felt like they were overall generally concerned with my happiness factor. During our test drive JT accompanied us bc we were in an unfamiliar city and he gave fantastic directions, he answered any questions we had while also highlighting the luxuries and how certain functions worked, like the different engine modes. I bought a brand new car last year elsewhere, they weren't unpleasant but they didn't show me anything but where to sign, so it was nice to visually be shown how to work all the gadgets and the infotainment system. He also went out of his way to have service check the tires out and fix one that HE noticed was riding funny during our test drive. Honest car salesman do exist! Paperwork was fairly fast and the coffee exceptional, a painless waiting time. To top it off y'all, it was Halloween and we were trying to hurry and get home to take our little girl trick-or-treaing on time so they brought me my car the next day so we didn't have to wait for them to repair the tire, I LIVE OVER AN HOUR AWAY!! Parks Acura will definitely be taking care of my families future vehicle needs! 10 outta 10 would recommend. Thanks y'all

I am not one to write reviews unless the experience was exceptionally good, or abhorrently bad. Unfortunately, this had been an incredible negative experience. 4 months ago, I purchased a car from Parks BMW in Roanoke, I drove from Atlanta to trade my car in, and the process was seamless. Sadly, the positives stopped there. 4 months later, I am stuck with a car that can't be registered and multiple texts, emails, and phone calls un-responded to. When I can get ahold of Miren, or Ryan they are both very apologetic, yet there has been no resolution made at this point in time.

I purchased a vehicle with Parks Luxury and the experience was very positive. I worked with Sonia and she was prompt and courteous as we were purchasing a vehicle that had not been seen or driven in person. Slavi was great when we came to pick up the vehicle and made the time we waited for the vehicle and documents to be prepped very pleasant! A very happy customer and would highly recommend Parks Luxury! Five stars?⭐️?⭐️?

Today, I purchased my dream car from Parks Luxury of Roanoke!! We have been working with Sonia Older for the past few months and she has been fantastic to work with. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way. She never pressured us and showed so much patience as we held out for the perfect vehicle. Today we also had the pleasure of working with Bill Call. Honestly, everyone we met was exceptional. They really treated us like family! I highly recommend them! A very different car buying experience! You will not be disappointed! I can honestly say, I have never written a review following a car purchase before but felt so strongly about the great experience we received that I felt it was necessary!

I hate to be the wet blanket among the five star reviews but one glitch in customer service is one thing but two glitches in the same time frame are to me, unforgivable. My husband and I own a 2016 BMW X3 with less than 34 thousand miles on it. We bought it used and had it about a year before the backup camera went out on it. We could not get the repair done through Wrightway Motors in Covington where it was purchased so their service team had a few suggestions and we decided to go with Park Luxury Automotive in Roanoke. Their service team ordered the backup camera and told us it would be a couple of weeks before it came in. While we were there, the team also told us the car needed recall work. It was decided that everything would be taken care of on the same day since we live about an hour and 15 minutes away. The camera came in, the work was scheduled for 8:00am on July 3rd. My husband was there promptly at 8 and thought he was settling in for at least a half day’s repair work. The guy helping us was only gone about 15 minutes before he came back around and told my husband that the camera was in but the frame that holds the camera in place had not been ordered and the work would have to be rescheduled! My husband lost a whole day at work because the service team dropped the ball. My husband left angry and I can’t blame him. I was working from home that day so after I called and talked to the service manager who did offer an apology but didn’t seem to want to “own” his service team’s mistake. Before I hung up I did tell him not to p*** everybody off in Roanoke or he wouldn’t have any business. When the repairs were finally ready to be done Parks did reach out and offered to have someone drive a loaner to us and then they would drive our car back to Roanoke. I was initially not comfortable with this but decided to accept their offer. Sonia was nice and knowledgeable and brought a 2023 BMW for me to drive until the repairs on my car were done. It was agreed before she left that the battery in my remote would be replaced, the camera would be replaced, the recall work would be done and a state inspection would be done and added to our bill. To make a long story longer, everything was done but the inspection sticker was never replaced. Dropped ball number 2 ? Yes, I had to have the state inspection done over again here in Covington. Of course there was a discount on the labor and an offer for a small discount on our next oil change and/or repair for the inconveniences that have occurred across these two incidents. Please write this down: if you are truly doing your job you won’t need to discount services to cover mid grade customer service! ?
