Good luck getting help. They always hide in the back and act like you are bothering them when you come in. Now I know why I never see any customers there!

Call multiple times to check on an item, was told it was there I called to let them know I was coming. when I got there they didn't have any of the parts, and I had to go all the way across town after just going across town to another O'Reilly's . it was a waste of time the crew seemed as if they have no knowledge while I'm going through my situation somebody else is having a problem they just really didn't have it together. I really don't know if I'll be back I mean I can't even trust the part will be there when I get there.

Just want to say they have always been helpful and never over charged. They put the machine on to see what is wrong and will quote you prices without any sales pitch or pressure. They even put my windshield wipers on. So this is an auto parts shop. I can compare prices with what car shops quote to figure out reasonable prices. Labor charges are so expensive these days.
