Clerk was very helpful, but at one point I felt rushed because five other people showed up behind me in line. Understaffed, at least in late afternoon. The clerk was not knowledgeable about vaping systems but she was good at figuring out what element I needed. She was very helpful with what little know,edge she had.Here’s the kicker though! I needed nickel batteries for my mod. I plugged them into charge, and next thing I know they caught on fire and ruined my mod. Now, with these kind of products, usually there is a no return policy, but she had told me to come back if I have issues. I went back and showed the mess to her and she said pick any vape on the wall! I got one-off my favs shaped like a coke bottle. The mod cost around $110 when I bought it new, but I hadn’t tried it in years so, really,no major loss. The free disposable more than covered the price I paid for the batteries, anyway.

They have a great selection, even though it's a small store they have more than most of the tobacco & vape stores I've been in. Their prices are reasonable as well, like other stores some things might be cheaper but some stuff is a little bit more but so far I've been very happy and I would recommend them to friends plus I'll definitely be going back!!! One last thing If your looking for something new or want a change then they are the place to go!!!

Friendly greeting upon entry. Afterwards the sales woman proceeded to take or make a phone call where she kept saying she was so hungry & her food was going to be cold before she was able to eat it. Never once was I asked if I was looking for something in particular, could she help me in any way & I felt it would have been an interference if I asked to see anything. It seemed having a customer was an inconvenience. I've come here many times over the last few years , and have always had a pleasant experience. Not today, which happened to be my birthday & had planned to spend a lot of $. Spent my $ elsewhere instead .

Cathy (think I got her name right) is a great person who's always friendly & nice to talk to. I've known her since she's been working there. Always nice to stop by & see her. A good store to get what you need.

This store is amazing ? Enormous selection of kratom and tobacco products and a huge selection of accessories . The store is so clean and smells great. The lady running things is knowledgeable and gracious.

I stoped here to get a cart and a new ooze pen, great customer service, very friendly and helpful with any questions an concerns you have! A few days passed and the cart I purchased was not working with my pen, it was extremely frustrating, and I was thinking my battery and pen were broken, but the cart had a problem so the next morning, I stopped here and explained everything to one of the ladies working. She happily replaced the cart no problem and even apologized for it being a inconvenience. I couldn’t believe how amazing that was! It made my day and I even purchased another cart saying I will continue to shop here for my all my products. Thank you for being so nice!

Buyer Beware! I purchased the Suorin Air, along with two additional cartridges. Upon opening the sealed box, the cartridge appeared thoroughly scratched and looked used. I contacted the store and the representative advised to bring the product back. She opened another sealed box and the cartridge in that box appeared the same, if not worse. I kept my original purchase. I then get home, go to suorin.com to verify the products authenticity, in which, it was determined that the product was fake. I then opened the additional sealed cartridge and it also leaked. I contacted the store once again and requested a refund, and was advised to come back Monday to speak with the supervisor.
