Best service in town!! I dropped off a blown tire and forgot to update my phone number in their system. I showed up at 5:15pm to pick up the tire thinking they closed a 6pm but they actually closed a 5pm and they were still there waiting for me. Best service around by far!!

This location is great! We got a screw in our back tire while we were out in Roanoke, and stopped by to see if we could get the tire fixed. They were very helpful and quickly got us in to have the tire repaired with a minimal wait and back on the road, all within an hour. Would highly recommend this NTB!

I recently visited and I was impressed with their service. They were quick, efficient, and very friendly (one of the mechanic even took time to give my doggy a few head scratches). The entire process was hassle-free, and I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of tire service!

Every time I go here there is a problem. Dirt/oil was smeared inside and out of the car. Interior stains are still there. They did not top off liquids. Windshield wiper fluid ran out in 3 days.
