Mynitor’s Auto Repair is an honest and dependable repair shop. This shop helped us repair a power steering issue that prevented us from traveling safely back to North Carolina. The shop is open over the weekend and they worked quickly to resolve our problem for reasonable and fair price. I highly recommend this repair shop For your auto needs.

I brought my car to Mynitor’s for a diagnostics , oil change, and new (used) tire to prepare my car for inspection. Everyone was very kind and helpful, they offered me coffee and light conversation while I did admin work in their lobby awaiting my ride. I was given great, affordable options to my fixes and they even offered to bring someone in to do my inspection once the work was finished. They were able to get all my work done that day and I was able to pick my car up the next morning. Super appreciative of the team at Mynitor’s!

I was passing through the area on I-81 when my vehicle engine temp gauge pegged at HIGH and the vehicle started to sputter. I pulled off the interstate onto the shoulder and could see a tremendous amount of smoke bellowing up from under my hood. It was approximately 3AM on a Saturday morning and I was hundreds of miles from home or my destination, I pulled up Google Maps and looked for an auto repair shop open on Saturday. I saw Mynitor's shop was open on a Saturday and had great review from not only locals but people who broke down on the interstate similar to me. I called Mynitor once the shop opened and explained my situation. He told me that he had numerous jobs lined up for the day but he'd try to get me in. I arranged for a 50 mile tow and got the vehicle to his shop by noon. True to his word, he was able to take a look at the vehicle right as he was closing (5 PM), and he diagnosed a failed radiator that was caused by the thermostat that failed in the closed position. He told me that it was time to close business for the day and that he'd be closed on Sunday, but in an effort to limit the number of nights I would need to stay in a local hotel, he worked on my vehicle after hours until approx 9 PM....on a Saturday I remind you. Mynitor came in on Sunday (a day he's off and the shop is closed) and delivered my repaired vehicle to me at noon.
The total cost to repair the vehicle was lower than I would have paid at my home town garage, and Mynitor did all of the repair after hours in an effort to reduce the impact on me and my pocket book.
Mynitor is extremely friendly, honest, competent and aims to please the customer. I would make Mynitor and his garage my everyday mechanic if I lived in the local area and I hope that he and his business continues to flourish because he's doing things rhe right way. Well done!

Mano is very good at what they do there... always on point with their work.He even gets his hands in there . He helps with all the work that comes threw there. That's what I like most about him.(not many owners get their hands dirty) He does Lot in his shop. Just got my car out today. Took it there at 12 and had it done before 6pm. . He really does go above and beyond. They close at 5pm, him and his crew stayed over..

My starter went bad while visiting a friend in Roanoke. Called the shop and was met with great customer service and was given a tow company recommendation that was also great. They replaced my starter, changed my serpentine belt, and did a tire rotation on a Saturday in around four hours. Very happy with the customer service and the work done. Would recommend to anyone in Roanoke.Services: Tires
