He was honest and helpful, earned my trust quickly, and was efficient. He truly worked to answer all of our questions, made sure everything was just as we wanted, he was polite and hard working (he served multiple customers with excellent customer service to each at one time). He really is one of those people that you would return to THAT store or follow him to another one. He also treats his colleagues with respect, which says a lot. “Michael at the T-Mobile off electric road is absolutely incredible.
We came in to the store today with a billing issue after previously calling the customer service number and was unable to be accurately helped. Michael handled it in store today. We called the customer service line with him present and he was able to have our billing issue completely corrected in the snap of a finger. Truly a saving grace. I will highly recommend T-Mobile. I believe it was also Cody in payments. These two men are truly a blessing to mobile.”

They were too busy on the phone, and never even brought up my account on the computer. Kept talking on her ear buds on the phone and told me I only had 1 option for my upgrade. She Did not want to help at all. Total disrespect. The 9th Street store..this store was a total opposite. Very nice, helpful, and did more than the bare minimum. Went out of his way for me. The first thing he did was pull up my account btw. Showed me many options as well and was very honest. If you are wanting to go to Metro PCS ( I can't get a better plan for 2 of us) do not go anywhere but this location on 9th Street SE.”

He was extremely informative with helping me with changing my device and making sure everything was moved over from my old phone. Because I was really scared that it wouldn't come over. “Had a wonderful experience today with a gentleman named Noah. I went in stressed with a broken phone, and he assisted with the process. He put my claim in for me, talked me through everything, and even walked me down the sidewalk to the walk-in repair store to make sure they got everything before he was finished with me. This is some of the best, top-tier customer service I've ever experienced, especially while dealing with such a stressful time. The only negative comment I have is that he asked another gentleman a couple of questions to confirm things, and he seemed to me to have an attitude and was quite rude to his co-worker while responding. I'm not sure if he's a manager or what, but that was totally un called for and made me uncomfortable, and I did not appreciate that. Thank you for the help today, Noah! He was so helpful and went out of his way to set up her new home screen to make it as similar as possible to her old phone after going out of his way to transfer her photos and contacts. “Boost has the best prices on replacement phones in the area. I've been with a ton of other providers, but I go through 3+ phones a year (I work a physical labor job). I suppose I could always go the "phone insurance" route, but even then they only replace your phone so much. I would much rather buy a cheap 40.00 replacement smart phone that'll last me until I crack the screen or drown it with water then have to fork out 180.00 for the cheapest new phone if I was with another group (cough cough TMobile)”

More recently, he and another terrific manager at a location in New Orleans coordinated the return of my lost iPhone for no reason other than being good, helpful people. There was nothing in it for either of them. Michael is knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile. Lauren is also an asset to this location. She helped while Michael was not at the store and facilitated a complicated merchandise refund. This location is the reason I use T-Mobile. Their customer service is more "Mom and Pop" than large corporation. Great job!!”
