If I could rate 0 I most definitely would! The store itself exactly what to expect from a Michaels store. Inside the store they very much mistreat their employees. Shauna the store manager is extremely argumentative. There is no getting through! Parents please think twice about having your young ones works here. They did my daughter very very wrong. And Shauna had to terminate her over a text message! She was terminated over something that's supposed to be "company policy" yet there is another worker there who did the same exact same and is currently still employed! I think Shauna has a personal problem with younger teens so from experience protect your kids from Shauna!

Usually well stocked, and the staff are polite. My only issue is that ordering online is frustrating, and the shipping takes forever for no reason. Definitely easier to buy in the store.
