Brie Adams was my consultant today. I bought an 05 suby and put coverage on it. She was patient and pleasant to work with and did not mind explaining things again when I was not understanding the transaction. This was excellent customer service. Thank you Geico.

I was initially impressed with the appealing discounts offered by GEICO. However, my experience took a negative turn due to unexpected additional billing related to the driving score system. Despite maintaining what I believe to be safe driving habits, such as avoiding hard braking and not handling my phone, I was perplexed to receive a $114 bill attributed solely to my driving score just for 45 days. I may received another one in the next 45 days.In an attempt to understand the rationale behind this unexpected charge, I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, the explanations provided were vague and unsatisfactory. I was simply told that the additional bill was due to my driving score without further clarification on the specific factors that contributed to this cost.For future and potential customers of GEICO, please be mindful of the possibility of encountering unanticipated fees and potentially unclear billing practices. A seemingly great initial deal may be overshadowed by subsequent costs. I would also encourage GEICO to enhance transparency and provide detailed information regarding the calculation of driving scores and their impact on billing to avoid future customer confusion and dissatisfaction.
