Took my 16 yr old son for a LONG overdue upgrade NEW PHONE! He's a great kid but our experience with Metro's 'airport lady" was the absolute BEST! She had such positive energy and really related to myself and Logan! My experience with this location has always been great but she made it such a SEAMLESS easy process and walked us through everything to make it as easy as possible! Phenomenal personality and over all customer service Rarity!!

THIS POST IT ABOUT METRO IN A WHOLE. THEY HAVE POOR SERVICE AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO RESITE A SCRIP OVER AND OVER. MISCOMMUNICATION ON AGENTS GIVING WRONG INFORMATION. WENT TO TMOBILE INSTEAD
