This store saved me from having to move my service to another company. After visiting another location I am surprised that one hasn't run off many customers. They were too busy on the phone, and never even brought up my account on the computer. Kept talking on her ear buds on the phone and told me I only had 1 option for my upgrade. She Did not want to help at all. Total disrespect. The 9th Street store..this store was a total opposite. Very nice, helpful, and did more than the bare minimum. Went out of his way for me. The first thing he did was pull up my account btw. Showed me many options as well and was very honest. If you are wanting to go to Metro PCS ( I can't get a better plan for 2 of us) do not go anywhere but this location on 9th Street SE.

The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me get into my account after going to 3 other store locations, being told there was nothing they could do....Thank you! Without your help I would have been locked out of all my accounts!

Every time I go in to pay a phone bill the man behind the counter makes it seems as if it's a big inconvenience to even have a person walk into the store. The gentleman with the very long hair is never able to answer many of questions due to him mumbling and refusing to speak up when I ask questions about anything.

Don’t shop at this store. Horrible customer service! Had to return a phone and they wouldn’t refund all of my money. THEY LIE AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR SERVICE THAT YOU DON’T HAVE ANYMORE………..
