Love this Merle Norman. The owner is so knowledgeable about the products and she takes time with each customer learning their individual skin care and makeup concerns. Shopping at this store is truly a pleasure.

Diane is so knowledgeable and friendly. She really cares about her customers and gets to know you personally. I just love my visits to Merle and feel like I'm catching up with a dear friend each rime.

Love this Merle Norman, I don't live in Roanoke and ordering by phone has been wonderful. The staff is great. So many Merle Norman shops have closed, I travel and 9 times out of 10 if I look for a shop if I'm in need of something and they've closed. I think they should allow each shop to do on line ordering.
