They refuse to replace the rolator, they replace it two times but the same thing happens to them, i depend on this to get around my home,and fix my lunch and supper, and back and forth to the bathroom one of the wheels is about to fall off, i asked them replace it, and they won't, i guess they got paid by Medicare in full and won't replace it, so good luck the junk they sell, i ask for a replacement wheel, and they won't even do that, so good luck with your purchase, they don't seam to care if you crawl to the bathroom, i cant walk without it, very very poor service, they don't give a damn about your needs!!!

Very difficult to get anyone on the phone. It's been a year and 4 months since starting this process and no one can tell me anything. They tell me they're going to call me back and they don't. They told me one time that they had assumed that I would find another provider because it was taking them so long.

The manager of as absolutely un professional. Had a script go in back in July it’s now September and still nothing. Was informed wrong and then refused service to my son for a nebulizer which he needs to breathe. Worst company ever dealt with believe the lady’s name was Lisa horrible experience.

I would give this company a -0 if it was a option...NO ONE HAS THE SAME ANSWER FOR THE SOME QUESTIONS... I FINALLY GOT A ANSWER that made since . 1 Company run under 3 names ...NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO!? SO EVERYONE ANSWER IS "I DON'T KNOW ""I'M SORRY " PASS THE RESPONSIBILITY ON TO SOMEONE Or SOMETHING ELES. "We don't do that here at this office" You have to talk to someone else... "The new system is not working?""Thier favorite one is to blam theIns company Ins...My Ins would had payed for my equipment if Medi Home Care would have coded it right .. ??M H Care refused too fix their mistake...Their mistake cost me out of pocket expense...Around & Around it go never getting off the Merry Go RoundMHWELCH

I agree with the lady who wished she could give Medi-Home Care on Franklin Road a ZERO rating. These are the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. No matter who is working there, no one ever seems to have a clue about anything. And today when my husband and I went in to pay cash (write a check) for an item, they were just downright rude. We had told them we'd be in today to pick up a rollator we'd selected a few days prior. After finding out that Medicare wouldn't pay for it we said no problem, we'll buy it. We showed up to pay and pick it up. It took the first woman a long time to retrieve the already assembled rollator from the back room. Then it took a long time for her to process all the paperwork involved in buying something with a check, without insurance. When I asked how much longer it would be because we had another appointment to keep, the woman doing the paperowrk snapped, "then you should have come in earlier." At that point another woman emerged from a back room and repeated that we should have come in earlier because they had signs posted everywhere (her words) saying it would take time to process because, she kept saying, "everything is done manually." We had never noticed the signs before. Indeed upon leaving, we did find a sign posted on the outside window that said credit card purchases would take longer to process. We did not use a credit card. Not sure there's any other place in Roanoke to get some of this stuff, but if there is, use it and avoid this awful place. We will if at all possible.

Called to see if they accepted my insurance. They said that they would have to have the information on my insurance card. They don’t need this. All they need is the insurance company information. Other places was able to tell me if they accepted my insurance just by me giving them my insurance name provider.

I was prescribed a shower chair by my orthopedic doctor. Tameka took care of all the paperwork and got my chair to me the very next day which I thought was super fast. She was very knowledgeable when my husband went to went in to see her. She is a great employee for this place of business as she went above and beyond to take care of our needs.

The hospital sent me to them for a knee walker. I had no issues with getting what I needed and the process was easy. I would use Medi Home Care again.

PPL must be confused by the reviews here. The staff were attentive, the delivery was on time. Matter of fact came early with this being said. EXCELLENT.... The product I needed was EXCELLENT as well. The delivery person explained everything to a "T" fixed it to the height I needed. EXCELLENT. Rated this company and staff a 5 Well done. And the man who brought it. ;) Footnote here don't GO TO THAT OTHER COMPANY... these ppl are well trained at what they do, I was impressed and would recommend them. "GO FOR IT'

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My wife was a victim in a devastating car wreck and needed a wheelchair. After taking our information and making us wait several days they called and told us because auto insurance is hard to work with they would not provide one.
