The elevator stinks. The hallways are dirty and the staff is asleep at the desk half the time. I lost 3 $in the vending machine and they told me I had to call coke. That was a poor business decision now I will not come back. Over 3 dollars.
Walkability: This is not a walkable hotel at all the mall is right there but they don't have sidewalks or cross walks

Location is great. The rooms themselves are definitely budget. It smelled musty and like old smoke. Wallpaper was peeling and I couldn't tell if it was dirty or just yellowed with age. Rug was similarly stained. Tub was stained- yellow spots on the outside and grimy on the bottom. No silverware in the room (I know this sounds weird, but it has a kitchen so we did assume at least some utensils would be available). The blankets/sheets and towels were all very scratchy, not soft. Also, the remote for the TV would randomly stop working. We were told to reset it by flipping the breakers. That didn't work (obviously?) and the next time we passed the front desk, the woman was asleep. There was no TV guide anyway. Also, random note but there's nowhere to plug in a USB cable here so make sure you have a charging brick. At least it was cheap(ish) and pet-friendly.

Not a bad place but when u see the maid drag a trash bag that thinks over the rugs make u wonder how clean this place really is.

Hotel is right by the Valley View Mall & many surrounding places to shop & eat. Rooms were a little outdated, but cute and clean. You can tell they are trying to become more modern. The staff up front was super helpful. Hotel is a bit outdated. No complimentary breakfast. Lobby area is pretty weak. No hotel computer or printer. Not the greatest hotel for a business trip, but doable.

I booked a room for my trip I’m in the process of moving and had to go back too Roanoke to grab the last of my items and they refused my stay even after I paid for the room because my ID was a “local” ID which I didn’t see anywhere and I’ve never heard of it my fiancé has a jersey ID and they front desk lady refused to help

Nothing fancy!
Older building and outdated rooms. Not the cleanest feeling place but doable.
Beds were OK comfort wise. We stayed with kids but it seemed more of a place people would hangout, drink and crash.
Also heads up, at 5'9 our heads almost touched the top of the shower. Taller people may have to crouch down to wash your hair.

Rooms: Large well equipped and spacious and very clean.Nearby activities: There is any kind of store or restaurant you could need in a 15 min walking distance or a very short car ride.

I was planning to be in my suite until end of December; but between dogs barking, kids running wild and couples fighting and screaming that ended that stent rather quickly I am sorry to say. Needless to say I won’t be back.

We was satisfied with our stay, comfortable beds, clean linen, no loud noise. Just felt like at home. I almost didn’t go here reading reviews but I gave it a try and we was pleased and happy with everything. Keep up the great work staff.Safety: The call you if someone comes to visit. No entry without confirming with you.Walkability: Close by everything Walmart, dollar tree all types of restaurants, gas stations near me close to every thing.Food & drinks: Tons of restaurants and food spots close by

The room was nice, staff members were pleasant and helpful BUT...we selected this hotel for the kitchen. I was very disappointed that there were no pots or pans to cook with. No breakfast is offered because of kitchens in the room. That's like giving me a car without the keys. I was offered a key to go to the hotel next door for breakfast. It was raining so since we had to completely get dressed we ended up going to a restaurant.Nearby activities: Plenty of shopping in the area.
