What's not to love. A big toy store. Tools, wood, tools, paint, tools, hardware, tools, plants, tools, appliances, tools, safety supplies, tools, shingles, tools, metal, tools, snacks........ and on top of all that...... they have lots of tools!!

went to hardware for some cable found what i needed however there was not an employee anywhere to be found as it needed cutting. went to Home depot across the street got what I needed with good service. guess where I'm going next time ? this wasn't the first time either. there service is absolutely terrible. complaints are on deaf ears in this store.

Lowes has really lowered their customer service support and standards. I recently bought a dewalt 20v dill impact combo set. I did not open right away as I was not ready to start my home improvement project. Yesterday I opened the box to find the drill 1 battery 2 clips the carrying bag and paperwork. No impact no impact battery and no charger. I looked for receipt but unfortunately I’m not finding it just yet. I called Lowe’s and IF I had receipt and all pieces that was to be included they would exchange. WELL, if I had all pieces I wouldn’t need to exchange. Basically Lowes received their money but I did not receive my product. They said there was NOTHING they could do. REALLY?!?! I guess I need to give them another $200 ish to get another combo set. BEWARE open everything before you leave the store or they WILL screw you. I’m on disability so funds are limited, this was a special item for me to get. Sure dave your receipt but I’m sure we all know they fade and become useless. I WILL NOT shop at Lowes ever again. There is a HOME DEPOT right across the street and they have alway been very helpful in every way. I am in the process of remodeling several areas upstairs and will be finishing out my basement so we plan on doing a little of shopping over the next several months. Say goodbye to my $$$ Lowes. It will now go to Home Depot. I highly recommend you open everything take pictures of every receipt. Cover you a** because Lowes doesn’t care about you just your money. (Cross posting) thank you not!

Went in for paint samples. Would love to know how and why did I end up with 2 of them not even filled to the rim like the other. Being charged full price for half the product. Only wish I had checked before driving an hour home. None of these paints have been used! Only stock stocks in to measure product

Josh was everything I could've asked for! I needed a gallon of custom exterior paint. He recommended paint type, matched the color, and was knowledgeable about my many random questions. Give that cowboy a raise! Thanks Josh
