We came in for an online order after text and email says ready for pickup. The cashier/service desk puts the order in several times and then asks if we are at the correct store. Yeah , we are and she finds us by phone number. She could not pull it up by order number for whatever reason. Problem is the order is ready but in the back so we have to wait for someone to come and then to go get it and bring it to the front. Apparently there's some remodeling happening so the doers aren't kept in the front but in the stockroom. No problem but then they want us to wait in line again to get it after we've already waited for the order to be located and then for someone to come to the desk to confirm what's to be pulled and then for them to bring it to the service desk. A new cashier comes forward and takes the first person in line and I ask if we can please take the order and leave instead of having to wait again. Note we've been there a good 20 minutes and it should not be this difficult or take this long to pick up an order. Why are we having to go to the back do the line to pick up an order we have been waiting on? It shouldn't be this tough to even acknowledge the order was there. Lowe's needs to do better.

Every Time I enter this store, the employees are so polite, nice and helpful. On my way back to the flooring department this afternoon , two employees said good morning. The third employee asked me if I needed assistance. I almost keeled over in shock. In today's sometimes snarky climate, this kind of customer service is rare. Kudos to this store. A special kudos to John and Steve in the flooring department. How patient and helpful they were.

I went in to buy a water filter for our well. I only had 1 choice and it was more expensive then what I usually pay. Staff was very nice and helpful.

First time going in this Lowe’s location (Rutgers street) and doing a pick up order.. Every employee I talked with, was super nice and helpful especially Charles! By far the best Lowe’s in the area.Thank you !

Very disappointed with the customer service I received. I found the product I needed in the store, upon checking out I was told the product was not in their system and I could not buy the item. I found the item in a different color on their website and they refused to honor it. Not sure why there are items there that aren’t able to be sold. Given this was their own mistake there should have been an exception of some sort made. On to Home Depot I go.

Since you asked, Lowes.The level of customer service has dropped through the floor. I actually hate shopping Lowes any longer BECAUSE of the poor customer service.Their closest competitor, the orange place, yep....far, far better than Lowes at this point.The military discount program you USED to honor is a joke. The discount has been removed from anything pertinent. Why bother? Why waste time pretending to show this respect....puuulease.I actually avoid going to Lowes now. Seriously, I drive to the orange place pretty much daily to purchase items for this small commercial job and go an additional 2 miles further so that I can avoid these stores.Price gouging. Not honoring competitor prices.Want more reason?

Check out is terrible. Only self check out was open. I ask for assistance as I was going to use military discount and I had a rewards certificate for using my charge card. Before the cashier couldn’t get it to work on self checkout. The lady that came said I should be able to do self checkout.I told her we qualify for military discount and I had a rewards gift certificate. She said I couldn’t use both. I told her I had always used both that I couldn’t use military discount if stuff was on sale She preceded to check me out. And of course both worked. An older gentleman came up and ask for help and she told him he had to go to self checkout that her register wasn’t open He told her from now on he would shop at Home Depot. You are going to lose a lot of customers if you continue to operate like this I have had my Lowe’s Visa for many years and use it as my primary card. This may change.

There appliance delivery service absolutely sucks. Customer service is no better. Home Depot 100% better option to shop at. If you need appliances go to appliance outlet

One of the best Lowe's that I have ever been to. I was going to purchase a grill. And didn't know for sure which one I should get and which one was the best. I was greeted by two Associates named Dean and Rocky. They took their time with me and explained everything about the grills and which one would be the best to purchase when I picked out one Rocky was right on it to get the grill up to the front for my purchase while Dean showed me everything that I would need for the grill. And when I picked everything that I would like he followed me to the register to help me with the self-checkout and Rocky and Dean loaded my new grill up in my vehicle. These two men were very patient and never rushed me to hurry up and pick out what I needed. After that I went to the gardening section and met a man named Kevin. I needed some lava rocks and could not find them he was very helpful and helping me find what I needed and he was so friendly and nice. I will say that this is one of the best Lowe's with the friendliest Associates in Roanoke Virginia

If you ever wonder if an organization is effectively run - call their customer service number and ask to speak to a manager. If you do so with Lowe's you will get transferred around in repetition until some temporary contract worker on the receiving dock eventually answers. He will know nothing, have no access to a computer, and be completely in the dark. I previously loved Lowe's - but over the years this organization has fallen in every relevant customer metric. Really disappointed.
