I had to change companies for my medical equipment and was really not looking forward to the inconvenience or having to adapt to new equipment. Well it was definitely a blessing. Latisha and Jessica had me well informed on everything and after talking with them both realized I actually had two people ready and willing to help. Then the little hiccup the people ordering the equipment for me gave route person the wrong address. The girls jumped right on it and had him heading my way in no time. When Donn got to my house it didn't bother him that he had driven out of his way. He was very professional and left me knowing all about the new equipment. I highly recommend Lin-Care in Roanoke and area for any home health needs.
Thank y'all for blessing me with your service, professionalism and most of all your desire to help.

Can never get in touch with anyone. Returned equipment and was emailed that a recurring payment was set up for me after RETURNING the equipment. Don’t use this company.

They do not care about patients. My doctor sent a CPAP order to them for me, and because not all of my records were sent with it, someone let that order sit on their desk for weeks. When I called to ask what was going on, the person I spoke to asked me if a sleep study was done (it was) because they HAD THE RESULTS but not the written records from my doctor. Instead of caring about a patient and taking some initiative to call the doctor"s office for those notes, they let it sit on their desk until I called to ask what was going on. It is now a week later and I have yet to get a call to come pick up my machine. I don't know if they called my doctor's office to get the notes like they said they would. I called my doctor's office and they are transferring my order to another supplier. Do not use Lincare!
Edit: in response to Lincare's response-Why would I call to discuss my issue when I would get put immediately on hold and then left there until getting transferred over to the answering service? Every single time I have called I have been put immediately on hold, no answer, no "can you please hold?", nothing like that, just a click and hold music. The customer service is non-existent.
2nd edit: someone from that office just called me and was quite snippy with me trying to tell me that they have been waiting on an order from my doctor since July 30... They actually tried to throw my doctor's office under the bus for an order they should have fulfilled at least a month ago. I did not realize it was Lincare when they called, I thought it was the new supplier so I let that rude woman off of the phone. I called my doc's office and then realized that it was a Lincare employee who was so wonderfully rude so I tried to call them back, I was unceremoniously put on hold without so much as a "hello, please hold" and told by their automated system that my wait time would be 22 minutes,
so I hung up. Oh please call me back, Lincare, I would LOVE to share my feelings about your substandard company and atrocious customer service.

I've never had a issue,It was hard to get service during Covid ,but I give them a 10 now. Always meeting my needs.

My brother's concentrator had a red light on it and it needed to be replaced and the girl that called was trying to say that it had to be my outlets that was the problem because they had replaced it in March and when she came out she had a attitude about my dogs and tried to say because the old concentrator didn't have a stick saying it was theirs she didn't want to take it and Troy was the one that brought it, even though she's seen that kind in their place of business!!! If course it was a Saturday and we may have interrupted her plans for her weekend, but guess what " It's her job and they get paid for doing their job!!!" We have never had a new concentrator nor has the company ever come in to service the equipment and that's on you all for providing Poor Customer Service!!!!

Should be 0 stars!I've been going through the process of getting a new hospital bed through the Roanoke Lincare office. I've been waiting 2 months for the bed. My Dr sent in all of the paperwork. I called Lincare to find out the status of the bed and now they tell me they aren't currently doing DME. So a DME business is no longer doing DME, then why are you even in business? Why did they act like they were going to get me a bed for 2 months and then notify me after several calls from my end, that they no longer do beds? Great customer service!! Do not waste your time! Call another DME provider in Roanoke, Lincare will just waste your time.

Absolutly the rudest customer service in Roanoke. They couldn't care less if you are their customer or not. Dealing with them on the phone is an exercise in patience. If you have a choice, any company has to be better. Sadly, I don't have a choice.

If you need something I’d recommend just going to the office. I was on hold 38 minutes before getting to even speak to someone. However, the staff I spoke with was very understanding and helpful to the issues I’ve been experiencing. When I’ve gone in to have my card read I’ve never had any complaints.

Called in yesterday and was on hold for 16 minutes before I gave up. Then today the unit started getting bad and I tried again. The first time after a 26 minute hild, my mom got a really rude lady who yelled at her on the phone and treated her like dirt. The customer care rep then hung up on her. I called and got "Christy" who made the appointment to replace the unit. When I mentioned what happened, she explained that there was three of them and it wasn't them, she said maybe I got the call center. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter, employees shouldn't be talking to clients this way. And from what I have read here....this seems to be a common complaint. Horrible to treat people who are most vulnerable like this. I hope that lady doesn't take care of anyone at home. Terrible. Going to start looking for alternatives.

Customer service is incredibly difficult to get a hold of and was incredibly rude to my wife (yet treated me like gold when I called in). They only make equipment deliveries on certain days, which they did not communicate when setting up service. This put us in a horrible position when trying to set up a refill.

Stay away at all costs. With COPD I take 8 breathing treatments daily just to maintain 92% oxygen baseline…I NEED a breathing machine. Mine broke and my doctor immediately sent an emergency order to lincare. I called & called no answer so drove over…door locked ppl inside but won’t come to the door. Called doctor & he called lincare…no answer. Luckily a family friend let me borrow a breathing machine because it’s been 8 weeks and I still haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone or gotten a call from lincare.
So I see you guys took the time to respond to the review, maybe you should spend more time actually answering your phone and/or talking to people who show up at your facility instead of worrying about your online presence. Just a thought. No need to worry about me anymore (not that you were) because I bought a breathing machine online and am in the process of switching to Rotech for my provider.
