I have worked for Pamela Russell for about 11 years before I moved to Maryland! She is the best boss ever, and does not play or sugar coat nothing! Me, as use to be a tax preparer, she always helped you and show you everything that you need to know. You don’t ever have to worry about you taxes, because she doesn’t put anything on your taxes, and won’t allowed to be put it on ( no fraudulent business at her Liberty Tax Service). Pamela Russell, is so sweet, and firm at the same time. Since I moved to Maryland, I no longer do taxes. It’s nothing like working for someone, and you know that they have you in their best interest, that’s Pamela Russell!!!

Ms. Pamela is the best! She is very educated and knowledgeable about taxes. I did turbo tax last year and now I owe but she fixed it with putting all my fears aside. I will always go to this location when I'm in Roanoke. Let's support theres nothing else like this location in Roanoke. Thanks Pamela! You are the BEST!

Very expensive! Very! They charged $300.00 for a single woman, one W-2, no dependents, and not much else. $300.00! Still had a transgression with the IRS, and I was on my own. I will not ever use Liberty again, nor recommend them. I called Foti, Flynn, Lowen & Compancy a top notch CPA firm here in Roanoke, they said they probably would not charge that much to do my taxes! The Peters Creek Office was in horrible shape. Not a clean professional environment at all. The woman doing my taxes also had her children there. Again, I can find someone much cheaper and more accurate and professional. A nightmare of an experience.

Just an update. The state tax contacted me yesterday. I still owe them money. Thank you Pamela you did my taxes and the nightmare never ends. You made a mess of my taxes, and I will be going to a reputable tax preparer for 2016. Liberty Tax on Peters Creek Road needs to present itself as a professional business. The office was in horrific shape, and the English language needs to spoken as such. I will never ever go to Liberty again! I have never had any problem with taxes until I came to Liberty. The man who did my taxes retired.
