“My adult children and grandchildren were injured badly in a car accident. They are all blessed to be alive. We live a little over two hours from Roanoke. Two of my family members had to be flown into Memorial. I left home quickly I order to be with my family but only took three changes of clothing. I ran out of clean laundry on Wednesday. The first laundry with high reviews said they could have my clothes ready on Friday. Yeah Right. When I spoke to the kindest gentleman at Wheeler’s he worked me in and had my clothes fresh and clean the same day by 2:00. On top of that, this gentleman said I had enough on me and would not accept payment. I can’t recall the last time a stranger has shown such simple compassion. There is a higher reviewed laundry just two buildings away but this business made time for me when I really needed someone to help. Thank you so much for your kindness. I am grateful.”

“On Dec. 10 I suddenly became ill and abruptly left the laundromat. In doing so I accidentally left behind a very large amount of clothes and household items. I rushed back a few hours later in the hopes my things had been put to the side, it wasn’t just a few socks. I immediately reached out to the owner who was initially helpful. He did contact the cleaning person who said nothing had been turned in or found. I find it hard to believe or understand how such a large amount of items can not be noticed or disappear in just a few hours. I left behind a sign with the numerous items listed and my phone number. I came back the following day to find my sign removed. With the sign being so quickly removed I have a gut feeling everything was found but thrown away for cleaning purposes. It was my fault for leaving behind the items. I would have hoped though there would have been a little more concern from the owners or cleaning staff with a person’s belongings.”

“Friendliest staff and extremely helpful. They have awesome promotions using their laundry card that make it more than worth the trip, even if it's a little farther away than a competitor. The have the largest washer (90lb/9 load) available and plenty of other washers and great dryers. Can't say enough good things about this laundromat!! Reasonable prices, even on the detergents in the machine, and only 24 hour place around!!”

“Some of the dryers took to long to dry. Otherwise it was a good place. Plenty of different sized washers to fit your needs. Pretty clean, except patrons were leaving used dryer sheets every where when there were trash cans all over.”

“Very clean, quiet atmosphere. TV, chairs, baskets & tables to use. All equipment is clean and in working condition. I did meet the woman who cleans there (in the evening) about a week ago & she was super-sweet. The 7-11 next door is very convenient (busy but had the staff to cover). Would i go here again? Absolutely!”

“Disclaimer: I only use dryers here. Overall well kept standard coin laundromat. Opens and closes on time. I’ve seen a couple different attendants at different times of the day. I appreciate the night closer being armed an aware especially after an incident at a laundromat less than 2 miles from this one. Bring change if able, sometimes coin machines are out of order. There are 3/4 coin machines though.”

The staff was welcoming and attentive.They took the time to inspect each garment and listen to any specific concerns I had, ensuring that my clothes received the proper care they needed.I’d say I haven’t tried them for my heavy Indian clothes though.They offer various services, from dry cleaning to alterations.”
