Landon was awesome! We were living in another state started to look online at houses in the Roanoke area, so we searched for a realtor and were referred to Landon. We called him before ever coming to Roanoke, and he patiently answered all of our questions. We thought, “if everyone is as friendly as Landon then we can’t wait to move there!”
When we got to Roanoke, Landon had 3 house visits set up. We ended up putting an offer on the first house and Landon was very responsive and informative the entire time. When our offer was accepted, Landon set up the inspection and appraisal, and did the final walk through via FaceTime. Then when we moved in he had a welcome basket sitting on the kitchen counter; it’s hard to describe how appreciative we were after driving 1000 miles and having someone think of things like paper cups and plates, plastic silverware, snacks, etc. We were very fortunate to have Landon as our realtor and would refer him to anyone in the area looking to buy/sell a house!

I absolutely enjoyed my coaching sessions with Landon through the Tom Ferry system, I love how he provided helpful resources and provided positive feedback and he is always so encouraging. Landon helped me and my wife find our starter home in 2018 and we were over the moon. We knew we would be going with him to find our forever home when the time was right. Well, the time was right and we drug Landon all across the area to look at houses. He is prompt, responsive, and actually cares. We are forever grateful to him as we start this next chapter in our lives in our forever home that he helped us find.
