This place is full racist people. I spoke to them over the phone to buy a one of the cars, but they won't talk to me until I sent them my id. I asked Chris and Edward why would you need my ID. All I am asking is the price on the car and if it is available. Him and his general manager won't say anything until I sent my id and proof of insurance. I ended up sending them my ID, but their reply was we won't sell to you as we want to keep it for our folks. They are full of racism, and they have big attitude problem. I ended up not buying the car from them. This is not the first time I am buying the car but have never been humiliated like this ever before by this place especially by Chris, Edward and their general manager. Stay away from these people.

I just wanted to share what a pleasant, easy process I had buying my vehicle from Land Rover Roanoke. From Salesperson Robert Botchway to General Manager Robert Smith to Mark Bowers in the Business Office, they were all TOP NOTCH! I drove from out of state to make this purchase and I would do it again in a heartbeat!
