I was recommended this place by a co-worker after the last place I went didn’t do quality work (the backs of all fingers were coming up). I went in nervous and left feeling pretty! Tracy took her time and fixed my nails, she asked my opinion after every step to make sure I was satisfied. These are the best quality nails I have ever had and they are gorgeous, the pictures don’t do them justice. I was even more pleased at the price. If you’ve ever gone to a nail place and have been treated like a number and not a person, you will not find that here. I greatly appreciate Tracy and I will request her every time. Thank you LA Nails!

i really wouldn’t say anything if i hadn’t paid $80 for them and i am not a complainer at all and have never left a bad review anywhere but i just got engaged and wanted to get my nails done for the occasion..i showed them a picture and told them i wanted them exactly like the picture and they paused for a minute so i told them if they couldn’t do it i could go somewhere else and they said that they could do it..they made them way shorter than the picture which isn’t that big of a deal so i didn’t say any thing but once it was time to do the designs they informed me they didn’t have the color i wanted but i told them it was okay and to just do something close..i wasn’t that upset about those things but i wanted blue purple pink and yellow rhinestones and when it was time to do the rhinestones they had none of those colors which was all i was looking forward to since everything else was wrong..i know i should have said something while i was there but im just not the type of person to do that i just don’t know what to do now i really don’t like them.

This was my first time visiting this salon, and as a walk-in, I was greeted warmly and seen quickly. My technician was Rosie, she was very attentive and professional. I noticed that they have many regulars here which they staff knew by name, and to me that speaks volumes of their service. I will definitely be returning!

Never greeted me, or said Hi. From the get-go had a negative attitude.
Young woman (I don't know her name but she said she was 28 )told me I should file my own nails at home and only come in for a color change when she so lightly filed my nails, I had to shape my own nails because when she filed my nails it waS like barely any contact with my nails.
She quietly was speaking with a friend with her inserted airpods(while doing my nails) in her ears( in tiny whispers in what I presume was Vietnamese )and ignored me(her customer) at all times.
Overall, she was so rushed to do my nails it's as if she has not been trained that getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing experience, and we are there to have a few minutes of self care during a hectic week. I even told her I was not in a rush so she would slow down, but she continues her frantic pace. It made me uncomfortable to feel so rushed.
I don't think the owner of the business has trained this woman well. She clearly does not enjoy her customers or working on them!
I did not see a fresh set of tools be opened. The rooms were previously used on other customers and leaves us with a risk of different infections.
The Roanoke Nail salon at Franklin Rd is where I would go again next time, even though this one is closer to me.

Cleanliness: Tools were clearly reused. I did not see her open fresh tools for my manicure.
I had taken my own nail file and the girl doing my nails made fun of my choice and said if I was taking my nail file I should take my own cuticle cutter as well.

Staff was really friendly but their work wasn’t quite good. I asked for some heart shapes on my nails but had to ask to remove because they couldn’t get it to look good. Very disappointing.

Prices went up, customer service has gone down, expect to pay for gel pedicure removal even if you are getting another gel pedicure and the first one was done by LA Nails. They argued about doing an eyebrow wax in their language....like it wasn't obvious what was going on.One tech didn't want to be bothered. I left.

Stopped while traveling for work and hit the jackpot! Got the best dip manicure and gel pedicure I have ever had. The artist shaped my nails perfectly, made sure the dip was even and not too thick. Was also quick and efficient without sacrificing quality. Pedicure was amazing, great little massage and the same high quality as the manicure. Location is clean and staff is very friendly! Go get your nails done here!! Thanks LA Nails, I will be back the next time I am in Roanoke!

great professional services! been going here for a year now & I love Taylor's work. She is the only one I allow to do my nails and arch my eyebrow.
