This pharmacy is horrible...I've received text that my prescription was ready...get there and it wasn't. There is a lot of times that the drive thru isn't open. The staff there isn't very knowledgeable...I had a doctor write my rx wrong...which could have been fatal and the pharmacist didn't catch the mistake. Went in sick and ask pharmacist what I should take without asking any questions about my health he suggested sudafed...later found out I shouldn't take it because I have high blood pressure...my concern is why he didn't ask any questions!

It takes entirely way too long to get a prescription filled.

Called a prescription in on January 11. Went to pick up on January 14 and was told they are still working on it. I'm not a pharmacist but I am 100% sure it shouldn't take 3 days to count out 31 pills. This krogers has been going down hill since the manager transferred to The one in botetourt. Its dirty, employees are setting on the electric scooters doing nothing and could care less to help customers.... Kroger Co. Should come in and shut this one down....or the health department. Of course the excuse was Covid issues. The new side effect of Covid is stupidity and bad customer service....Update:So I go back on 1/18 just knowing it would be ready. NOT!!!Had it not been for very nice pharmacist I would have not gotten them back after 7 days. The cashier said they were backed up 6 days and when I told her it had been 7 she refused to help me and walked away. Stood at the opposite end of the pharmacy with her hands crossed calling me an ***hole and several other names I couldn't make out. If they are taking this long to fill prescriptions, they could kill somebody and end up with a huge lawsuit!!!!!Luckily, mine was one just for diabetes, no big deal, right?

I understand being short staffed and very busy however I call in a refill on a script at 7 am snd am told it would be ready after 3 pm. I hope up at 430 and am told 30 minutes. Then when I get the script home it's filled incorrectly and I have to make a third trip to get a script. When I spoke to Tori I am told they will set it aside but it won't be in the system I have no confidence in that at all. Another time recently I called in a refill and told to pick it up that afternoon. I waited 3 days and went to get it. It was still not filled and the pharmacist got very hateful when I asked why call them in if I was going to have to sit on it anyway. Very bad location

If I could get zero stars, I would. I ordered $160 dollars worth of groceries online for pickup. My card has been charged for this amount, but apparently Kroger doesn't keep up with inventory and nothing is actually in stock. My final total ended up being around $90 and the refund for the rest of what they didn't have will take 3-7 business days.

They need a new store manager! Friday of a major holiday weekend and there's only one register open. The line is soooo long. My husband complained to customer service and was told they only had the one cashier. That they were short staffed. Another customer complained and was told the same thing. When she asked what to do with her ice cream, she was told to get another one. Five minutes after complaining, 2 more registers opened. The one that was open promptly closed, sending a woman with 3 children to get on the end of one of the other lines. This store knows NOTHING about customer service.

Stood in line for 20 minutes and still don’t have my medicine. I saw 3 people in the back and one working the register no one in the back offered to help the girl at the register she had been helping the same lady forever. I had waited in line so long getting irritated for waiting I go check out come back wait and line and the same lady is being helped so I wait again and see that we are getting no where after waiting again I leave. Made eye contact with several employees that didn’t offer any help. I simply need to pick up a prescription.

The Pharmacy staff..especially the Pharmacist has NO customer service skills whatsoever. She was short..rude..and very unprofessional. I had a prescription to be filled and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was waiting. Afterwards the Pharmacist said it would be 35-40 minutes... I asked why....She said there were only 2 of them and had others ahead of me. I said we would wait and she acted rudely with an expression. Well since we all know it's first come first served..and no one was waiting or in line I asked her again if it could be done sooner due to me being in pain from a kidney stone. She immediately started in with the attitude and handed me back the prescriptions and said she was refusing to fill them. This went back and forth and she got her feelings hurt I guess. I asked to speak with the manager and she replied she was it. It's pretty pitiful that a Kroger manager doesn't have Any conflict resolution skills. I asked for the store manager and as I guessed..not Any better results. So they are are "reviewing" the tapes and offered to fill them the next day. Real smart ones there at Kroger! I intend to file a formal complaint and keep going up the ladder but expect no miricals. If I were you ..dont worry about extra fuel points or any other perks you think you are getting at Kroger!!..they can't even get the basics done
