I met with Tiffany Washington today at a property! She was AMAZING! Completely professional in her showing techniques, as well as completely down to earth with giving the comfort to ask questions without judgement! As I did have a extreme interest in this specific rental , it wasn’t a great fit for the size of my family. However Tiffany discussed many other options with me, both on the rental side and buying in the future. She shared with me other co- workers who specialized in the specific questions I asked, and offered me further guidance! I will be using Tiffany in the near future with renting if applicable, but most especially when I choose to purchase a home!

Wonderful realtors that hire this brokerage but if your looking to take their school in this area Matysan kestner (pernounced like MADISON)isn't who you want to work with. I ended up having to work with someone entirely different in a different office because her meetings were not working and connecting correctly and after trying to touch base 20 min after by phone Madison didn't try to apologize or accommodate the already stressful situation. She wanted to put it off for 5 more days. I can't imagine doing a contract and someone having a small issue how long and uncooperative of a situation that would be. I don't think she speaks for everyone inside the company but new realtors beware in hiring and doing a business relationship with Madison.Editing my review after her response..She had 15 min to check and respond to a Google review but not apologize or take care of this situation. She could handle reviews before the weekend. I stand firm in my review. Get your classes and interview other brokers who are excited to work for you and help you reach success in your career this isn't it as you can read her response. No accountability in her error.

Me and my husband just closed on our first home yesterday and worked with Brandon. The process took a while and was not easy, but Brandon did a great job of trying to make it as easy as possible and get things sorted out. He genuinely seems to care about his clients!
