Crooks! Don’t take your vehicle here for inspection. He will force you to buy something or fail your vehicle. I took my car immediately after and passed at a different garage.

Everyone is right his customer service is non-existent, but that shouldn't matter much for a mechanic. His work is great, good price, and he gets it done quickly. Been going there for years and will keep going.

The had me going in 45 minutes. Nobody else could help me until the next day and my brakes couldn't last that long! They also worked with me on the labor price. Good guys. I will be taking all of my automotive needs to them in the future.

Good service and gets you in and out quickly. Just know that the customer service is poor at best. No need for constantly slamming the doors and gruff attitude.

After having received a State Inspection rejection. I had the repairs completed at a different garage, then returned today to get my valid State Inspection sticker. The mechanic told me I would have to wait a while, after he worked on the three cars in front of me. Which is a violation of State regulations. I called the VA State Police to get assistance. I still had to wait 40 minutes for an Inspection sticker. Mechanic stated he didn't know about the State requirements for prompt service.
