The service adviser called to let me know a cancellation by another customer would allow me to have my car service faster than expected, and I took advantage of the offer. I received expert service from technicians with demonstrated expertise on my model. And I got helpful information from staff members on the latest developments with my model and similar vehicles.

Sold a brand new Mercedes that we found out a year later had previous damage (discovered when selling to new owner who did an inspection) Mistakes happen but we can't even get a response from the GM (Bryan Vass). Horrible way to run a business, we are forced to get an attorney for something that they can simply address. For those who don't know it is illegal for a New Vehicle dealer to sell a new vehicle that was previously damaged without disclosing it to the buyer.
