“The reps you had working there last Saturday (3/1/25) are amazing. I brought my 14 year old daughter in who had just switched from the iPhone SE to the iPhone 14 plus. She had trouble transferring her icloud information over making it to where the phone couldn't even call or text. They worked their magic and got the cellular portion of her phone working. We did have to deal with Apple last week but Tmobile has no control over that. They did all they could, and fast. I'm very grateful for them. I've been with Tmobile since it was Sprint in 2017. It's reps like this that keep me with Tmobile. Thank you to that kind woman with the fun piercings and man with the dark hair. Sorry I can't remember names :( but you all are awesome!!!!”
“Kevin helped me upgrade my mother's very old phone today. He was so helpful and went out of his way to set up her new home screen to make it as similar as possible to her old phone after going out of his way to transfer her photos and contacts. He even thought to increase the font size to match her old phone. Thanks, Kevin!!”

I am absolutely FED COMPLETELY UP with cox 'communications' and already before I have service with GF I am extremely happy with the Retail Sales Consultant, Rico! (Gill). He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to this Ole Gal. I look forward to getting rid of cox and going over to Glo-Fiber and for like a third of the cost I have been paying to cox. The associates were very personable, and seemed to show a genuine interest in making sure that each customer received the time, and service they required.

“As soon as I entered the store, a friendly employee approached me, and we sat down. I went over what I needed was internet only, and what my needs were, like streaming movies, being in my phone, and of course my budget. She helped me find a very reasonably priced service. I walked out with a modem in hand, no contract and a fair price. As someone who resist setting up electronics, this was as easy as 1, 2 & 3! I like when things fall into place so seamlessly!”
