He still came over to tell us all about them and show us all the differences. Would love to have purchased from him but corporate won't allow the store to offer the same deals they can I guess. “Had a wonderful experience today with a gentleman named Noah. I went in stressed with a broken phone, and he assisted with the process. He put my claim in for me, talked me through everything, and even walked me down the sidewalk to the walk-in repair store to make sure they got everything before he was finished with me. This is some of the best, top-tier customer service I've ever experienced, especially while dealing with such a stressful time. The only negative comment I have is that he asked another gentleman a couple of questions to confirm things, and he seemed to me to have an attitude and was quite rude to his co-worker while responding. I'm not sure if he's a manager or what, but that was totally un called for and made me uncomfortable, and I did not appreciate that. Thank you for the help today, Noah! I'll be back to see you for future needs.”
“Kevin helped me upgrade my mother's very old phone today. He was so helpful and went out of his way to set up her new home screen to make it as similar as possible to her old phone after going out of his way to transfer her photos and contacts. He even thought to increase the font size to match her old phone. Thanks, Kevin!!”

“I been with cox since 1982 when they just had the black box you have to get up and change channels I was only 14 years old never ask for a id back then but anyway I had cable and internet it was like 300 a month so 4 months ago got rid of my box and cable and kept the Internet because on Roku TV you can get anything you want longs you have Wi-Fi and that’s all I need but if they were that bad, I got rid of Cox long long long long time ago, but I’ve been with them ever since 1982 their service is very, very good . O by the way miss cox had one office here I just can’t think of the street she was on … Sandra in Roanoke Va”

“The associate Justin was very helpful and friendly when the associates at the Vinton store were not. Give him a raise, I would have switched my provider over if it were not for him and his great customer service.”
