Been sitting here for at least thirty minutes. We were second in line and were told to wait on the side while they fetched our car. Meanwhile, about ten people have come and gone - and were all given cars. Still waiting for the car... I would choose a different car rental service next time.

The service is going down hill. My rental has not been ready the last 5 visits. The cars are not as clean. Don't understand what has happened. Had to wait 45 minutes to one hour on one occasion to pick up a car.

The car was ready when we arrived, was what we wanted, no hassles, and the reps were really nice. Returning it was also smooth and easy. Don't know what more I could have asked for!
