I’ve been to Henebry’s multiple times now and each and every time the service has been amazing. Today I went in to get a couple of links removed from my Tudor and was helped by Brian and Matthew. Service was caring, quick, and professional. I highly recommend Henebry’s for their jewelers, watch technicians and products!Thank you again to Brian and Matthew. I will definitely be coming back!

They are the most wonderful people I have ever met at a jewelry store. I came in needing an emergency clean on a piece for a wedding, and they came in clutch 11/10 would recommend to anyone needing anything jewelry related

Henebry’s provides excellent customer service and has absolutely beautiful products for reasonable prices. Unlike one of their competitors who had me waiting nearly 15 minutes before anyone addressed me in the store, Amanda and Sue greeted me and serviced me immediately upon entering the store. Thank these ladies for their stellar customer service. I plan to return with my husband to make a larger purchase.

Brian made the process so easy! Me and my fiancé got exactly what we wanted for our wedding bands! Henebry’s had one of the largest men’s sections of rings we had ran into and a variety. I’d recommend going to see Brian over and over again to anyone looking ☺️

Whether it is simply getting a battery for my watch or looking to purchase a gift for my wife, this group takes excellent care of me! Brian, Amanda and David are like family. Never do I feel pressured and never do they try to upsell. As long as they are there, my business will stay. Quality products and good warranties

Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable in our men's watch selection. My husband had never been sold on a Citizen's watch until after speaking with Dave. He's very pleasant to work with and very personable.

Dave was more than amazing with helping me. I needed 3 links taken out of a bracelet for my son for a dance and he and his team were able to do that for me the SAME DAY! He also went above and beyond to help me look at and get a great deal on a few other pieces, and cleaned my rings. Dave’s personality and knowledge were phenomenal. I will definitely go back to Henebry’s to see Dave and team. So helpful and nice!!

The employees are very friendly and personable. I dropped off my ring to put a diamond back in and to solder another ring to my set. It took less than a week and looks phenomenal. I will only go to them if I need any jewelry or jewelry repair.

Miggi at your Valley View Mall store was absolutely fabulous in helping my girlfriend and me pick an engagement ring and wedding bands. She went above and beyond. She made us feel comfortable, she was honest as she offered suggestions and her professional feedback on each set we looked at. She took her time and allowed us to try on numerous pieces of jewelry to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. It was an excellent shopping experience and our purchase was around $5,000.00. We would most definitely request Miggi for our next fine jewelry purchase from Henebrys.

I received the best service at this location in Valley View Mall. I went in to inquire about a ring guard and was informed they have a jeweler onsite who can resize my ring. The service was excellent, fits perfectly, and was done before the expected date. Last but not least when I picked my ring up it shined so bright! I would definitely recommend this place for jewelry needs!

So, to start off my story…. I was shopping for my wife for Valentines Day and was looking for a very particular style ring. Walked in to the smiling faces of Debbie and Miggie! I explained what I was looking for to them expecting the same thing that every other store had told me…no that is custom or no we do not have anything like that. But Miggie and Debbie were up for the challenge! They found something that was above and beyond what I was looking for! Being married for 21 years, and having a daughter, I have dealt with MANY jewelry stores. Debbie and Miggie were utterly amazing! Friendly, fun, passionate, and professional to perfection. If you are looking for top class service and are tired of the disconnected salesmanship that “other” jewelry stores provide, look no further! Henebry’s in Valley View Mall is your place and Miggie and Debbie are the people you need!

Henebry's was amazing to work with! I worked with the store manager, Brian, and he was tremendous. I was down to two rings, and while I had already decided which one I was going to get, he actually recommended I get the less expensive of the two, as he had listened to me, and knew it was closer to what I had said my girlfriend would want (It was the same one I bought). After I ordered and paid for the ring, he kept an eye on its progress for me and kept me informed. I needed it for a Saturday morning, and he made sure it was there by Friday night. I was working late that evening and offered to stay after hours in order for me to pick it up, which fortunately wasn't necessary. Both I and my fiancé are thrilled with the ring and the service we received!! I've already recommended Henebry's to a friend who bought his girlfriend an engagement ring at Henebry's and he is also having an amazing experience! I couldn't recommend Henebry's or its people more for your jewelry needs!!!

I was shopping for a valentines day gift for my wife and I don't think I could have gotten better customer service anywhere. The salesman by the name David was professional and very helpful with picking something out for my wife and boy did I need the help . I felt like I was the only customer in the store. My wife loved the jewelry I gave her. I'm so thankful to Dave and the rest of the staff at Henebrys in Valley View mall .They made my day . I will definitely be returning to this location.
