We arrived at 7. More than enough time for a pedicure. The lady was rough and didn’t acknowledge my husband at all when he tried to talk with her. The man was kinda rough on my feet. Both acted like they didn’t want to be there. I couldn’t hear the man at all when he spoke and that seemed to upset him too.
They told my husband to sit under the light to dry 2 times and I hadn’t even finished one and they said I could go. They left right behind us.
If we return it will only be due to memory softening up.

Phenomenal work!! Gina & Dean are the most kind & caring people. It speaks volumes when your Nail Tech actually wants to take the time to give you the results you're wanting. Give Happy Nails a try!! You'll be "Happy" you did!!!!

I moved to Roanoke back in 2012 and this salon was the first of many I frequented. During the pandemic I stopped going into the salon of course as many did. One thing I will tell you about the owners Gina and Dean is they are the sweetest people you’d want to meet. I was a nail biter for years and not once but three times Gina was able to grow my natural nails out yo perfection, they were strong and healthy. Dean is extremely professional and just as good as Gina. I have become a returning customer and I couldn’t be more happy to be back in their salon! I went here yesterday to get my eyebrows and my chin wax when I left my chain was more sore than normal but I just thought maybe she was pulling harder than usual however as the day went on my face got more sore and I realized she actually took skin .Service: Waxing

My daughter went in to get her nails done- she showed the man what she wanted and he told her what she chose was ugly(then why do they offer it?) then he didn't listen to her about the style and she's in tears now after I paid 50.00 for this hot mess. She was expecting the 35.00 full set for acrylics and she thinks he used gel and that's why it went up to 50.00. Going to call the credit card company and let them know this service was not what she asked for.

very bad service! very rude when asked to fix nail.. also was willing to fix nail nor give a re fund.. did not want to fix nails but it “takes to much time” LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS, will never be returning after this. I think this inconvenience was racially motivated.

Very sloppy!They rushed through the nails. When I told him what length they gave me way shorter length then what was asked for. Was very rough on the nails. And when asked to redo them they got mad and started raising there voice. Would not recommend them!Service: Gel manicures

I got my two little girls nails done with gel polish and not even an hour of them being done the GEL polish came off in one piece. when asked for a refund they wouldn't do it even tho it was their fault for not doing the proper steps for the polish. Not a happy momma especially after paying 30$ to have them done. They don't even deserve to have a one star rating.
