We have bought a car here before and had great customer service. Have been on the lot 2 separate times in the past 2 weeks looking for another vehicle but can’t get anyone to help us. First time, 3 salesmen sitting on a golf cart in a corner and second time another salesman just sitting in golf cart on his phone. Not sure how this car lot works nowadays but always had car sales people approaching us, not the other way around.

Very good pricing and more than decent trade allowance. Recommended. David Cox, salesman, did a great job.
Edit 8/2024. Walked around outside and in the showroom. Walked around for 20 minutes and even by 2 salesman that were more interested in their phones. Nobody asked for help. Guess no sale today

They have plenty of people to sell you a car but, what about after the sale? Will the jump on an issue you have with the vehicle? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I just call due to excessive valve rattle in my FR-S and was told they can't diagnosis the problem for 3 week.. what??? Why is there a 3 week waiting list??? How about staying balanced between sales and service? If you can't keep up with service, how about stop selling cars till you catch up?? You're not going it fix it, screams volumes about how you really feel about your customers. MONEY DRIVEN, NOT CUSTOMER DRIVEN AT THIS PLACE.
