Tony has been cutting my hair for over 35 years and is a true professional I have traveled a lot and had other people cut my hair by neccesity but always come back to him because he is absolutely the best!!!

Very pushy. I had made another appointment which felt forced upon me, and I ended up having to work that day. He CALLS me at work, asking why didn't I call to cancel and precedes to tell me it was rude to not cancel. Never ever going back here, again, terrible cut BTW. And said he only dyes hair colors by season, I'm paying you dude....

Did not listen to what I said I wanted. I told him several times the cut and style I want. He said ok and then did something completely different. I constantly was correcting him, but he kept ignoring me. I even showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said that he copied that. It doesn't look ANYTHING like it!! I left in tears because it looks so horrible. Another thing I did not appreciate was he basically forced make-up on me. He asked if I wore make up and I said yes. Next thing I know he was putting lipstick on me. Very rude in my opinion. I would have liked if he asked to do it first. I don't even like wearing lipstick. I will never go there again and would warn against asking anything of him more than a trim if you do go. He obviously doesn't have the skill or the listening skills to do anything else.

At a glance, this place may look a bit ghetto-a little rough around the edges. Maybe it's the giant shaggy gorilla put out on sunny days that waves at the passing cars. But for those who can get over the first impression of the shop there is infinite benefits. Tony, the owner and hair stylist, is exactly what I have always wanted out of a hair stylist. He's not afraid to help you try new things with your style but will tell you straight up if something isn't working for you. I also like to talk to my hairdressers instead of sit in an awkward silence, or worse-carry on meaningless conversations. Tony and I have carried out many conversations-from pop culture and reading to more taboo subjects like religion and politics. And he won't mess up your hair if you have different views, promise. I actually feel cultured after leaving this place. Be open to new things and intelligent conversations. Get your hair cut here!
