Left trash in the yard and fans lights on and I can't walk on floor to turn off 48 hour's. Did not put the middle track back on the floor that holds the French doors shut scarred up the steps bringing in their sander

We had Hogan and his team install new hardwood flooring in the master and refinish the first floor existing floors to a darker stain. They did a great job. They are professional and prompt. They laid out expectations for the job and came back to fix up a scratch in the floor, caused by our movers. This company is truly great to work with.

We recently purchased a home that had some very old carpet that we tore up. Under the carpet were many old pet and/or water stains. We tried some home remedies to get rid of the stains like hydrogen peroxide and they got lighter but still were very noticeable. We thought redoing the floors was out of our budget but were pleasantly surprised that we could afford the quote given to us by Hogan at H & L Flooring. Not only was the price great they also could start the next day and have to floors completely done in just 3 DAYS!! The floors turned out better than we expected, Hogan was an excellent communicator and left our house very clean. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to a friend. Small area of engineered hardwood was ruined by leaking hot water heater. H&L came within 24 hours to evaluate and estimate repair. They came the next day and completed the repair expertly. Not an easy job--like pulling teeth! Looks like new again.
