“I am from Kingsport, TN and used to a much larger powerlifting gym. With that being said, I love this place. Small but gets the job done and has everything I need. I have a gym for short workouts at my apartment, but when I want to do deads, or have serious sessions I know I have a new home gym to come to. From a small town TN girl to a relatively large city in comparison, I’m happy to have found a place that gives me all the benefits of powerlifting and also being 24/7 that wasn’t planet fitness. No hate to that place, just doesn’t give me what I need. Kingsport Fitness will always be my first love, but M Power is definitely stealing a lil piece of my heart and helping me in my transition to a new city. ?”
“Great coaches, great program - both the soccer shots and star city soccer academy! But indoors in the arena is cold in winter and hot in summer so dress accordingly!”

“Place is very clean. It has everything most people could need for a good workout and probably even some pros. One guy on the treadmill was definitely a boxer of some sort. Staff was great. Emma helped me out a TON with several questions I had and was super supportive. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.”
“Good for all ages.Kiddie pool area for 0-4 older kids can play on it though. Leads into 3ft area and then a small lazy river and then there is a bigger slide across the pool dropping into 3ft. The life guards are moving and watching constantly and it’s very reassuring!”

“Friendly staff. I love the hydro massager. I often use the pool and it’s pretty much available. They have aqua therapy classes too. It’s pretty neat and organized and they allow you to use the equipment in the pool. Silver sneakers sign up is quick and easy. Use the card to scan in. Ample parking for disabled and also a ramp”
