I go every Saturday at six just to wash only.I dry at home in and out in about an hour.

Very clean, quiet atmosphere. TV, chairs, baskets & tables to use. All equipment is clean and in working condition. I did meet the woman who cleans there (in the evening) about a week ago & she was super-sweet. The 7-11 next door is very convenient (busy but had the staff to cover). Would i go here again? Absolutely!

Love my weekly visits. Owner is nice and the one time I had a problem with a machine a man helped me get the coins unjammed. Friendly other laundromat goers, too!

Turned out to be a nice little spot to quietly get some laundry done. If any suggestions could be made, coin machines that take card? Or ATM. If you don't bring cash or coin you will have to go next door to the 7/11 to get cash for the coin machines. Thank you to the gentlemen who keeps the place on the up and up for working with me for staying a little late. FYI, if you've got big loads that you will want to use the super cycle, keep in mind that's extra time. Although the closing time is 9:30 to 10 o'clock, I would recommend getting started by 8pm or you may not have enough time.

The larger washers and dryers do not work and my money was not released- there usually is no on one site to reimburse. I called the manager's phone and he said he would Venmo me the money but didn't. I went back after six months because he also told me he would be upgrading the machines. The same machines are still out of order. Today my white bathroom rug came out with grease all over it. I showed it to the woman in charge and she just pointed to the we are not responsible sign and walked away. I wanted to possibly keep this from happening so someone else but they are clearly not interest in customer service. STAY AWAY

The pictures on their website are hilarious since it doesn't look like that. This is located in a nice area so it's not hard to find things to do while you're washing your clothes. The machines aren't the greatest, but they work. I don't recommend this place if you have another option, however, if you don't have another option it works.

Functional, but barely. Some of the machines are outdated, and half of them are out of order. If you saw the nice comfy chairs and tables in someone else's review photos, those are no longer there. They only have 4 hard chairs now for the whole place. It's pretty run down, so if you have an option to go elsewhere, I would consider it.

I looked online for laundromats and I came across this one and it looked really nice. Boy it was not nice at all. It was a dirty place. Machine's were nasty, floors, tables. Beware if you go.

Place seemed dirty and run down. Several washers were out of order but were clearly marked so I was able to avoid them.

Grandin Road laundry mat is clean, the machines work great. The location is great because there is a lot to go while your clothes are being washed/ dried. There is a notice not to have your clothes unattended, but there is a 7 Eleven right next door. After your clothes are done and back in your car, there are a lot of restaurants and also you can get some shopping done, not to mention the grandin theatre right down the street.

Very very clean and a safe atmosphere. I come here all the time. There is a bathroom, a coin machine, and a TV. There are always washers open and dry time is quick in my experience. Would highly recommend.
