First time going to this particular Goodwill. I was really surprised by the pricing on many items. They seem to want to price collectibles/memorabilia at full retail or above. One example - there are some Def Leppard posters that seem to have been distributed to all the Goodwill locations in the area. This location specifically is trying to get $20 a piece for them and none of them are in perfect condition. Every other Goodwill I saw them at was selling them for $5.

Their pricing model is out of touch with reality, it’s used items that shouldn’t be priced at new or more prices.

I donate frequently and shop frequently. I wish customers could still try on clothes. This new policy limits the items I'm able to buy.I'm also saddened that the policy was put into place because people steal. I wish I could offer a better solution.

My only complaint is that due to shoplifting, the fitting rooms are permanently closed. Hard to buy without trying on first

Five stars because the staff is always incredibly helpful and kind. Like any second hand shop, stock is hit and miss. This is a smaller store and well organized. They usually have a great selection of clothing. The book section keeps getting smaller but I often find gems. Not my go to for furniture, although I’ve found a few things over the years. They very often have a good amount of frames and art. And you can’t beat the color of the week deals.

I absolutely love goodwill I have been going all my life and will continue to go, just very sad to see how it’s progressing. I asked the associates if i could take the cart to my car to unload all my stuff and they told me yes, when i finished unloading, there was this lady who followed me out to my car and starting yelling at me after I was already given permission to take it to my car to unload, I continue to shop at this location but always get looked down by this women, highly disappointing to see how much it has changed over the years.

This is the best Goodwill for clothing, home goods and furniture. However, the best thing about this location is their great customer service. Bryan was my cashier today. His friendly and upbeat attitude made me feel appreciated as a customer. Thanks!

Absolutely one of the best stores I have visited in the area. Selection of items both housewares and clothing is great. Most importantly the staff is friendly and consistently helpful. Eric an employee serves as a excellent example of what customer service is all about. He is always greeting customers with a smile and asking if they need help. We need more people like this working with the public. Good job Eric!

Nice selection of pre-owned clothing and other miscellaneous items. There were also some new with tags items. My only complaint is that in the children's section the boys and girls clothes are all mixed together. Separating the children's clothes into a section for boys and a section for girls would make it much easier.
