Great prices, excellent quality, and wonderful customer service! I walked in looking for a coat to wear with a dress as part of an outfit for a gala. I don't have much confidence in my own outfit-building abilities, so I showed the shop assistants the outfit and asked for their opinions. They were happy to help, and I walked out with a wonderful coat that received multiple compliments during the gala! I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Very nice upscale consignment shop. Staff member was very helpful in explaining their floor layout and pricing method. I found a nice pair of walking shoes. Plenty of parking and lots of room to move around the store. Quite a few customers shopping and buying as they have a wide selection of items.

One of my favorite things about Roanoke Is The Golden Shoestring. Lee and all of the wonderful ladies that work here are amazing! The only complaint I have is that I spend a fortune here even though the prices are awesome! Unique and designer Items... every visit is a new experience! I may have to drop by again today to see whats new

Rude! Smells like a tire center - I wouldn’t shoot there if the clothes where new! I was sent there by someone and the way we were treated was beyond insulting. Keep your used clothes.

Upscale consignment/resale store. I like that you can find very unique things here. If you've never been in before, you even get a "tour", which was actually quite helpful even though I didn't think I needed a tour. ? Things are discounted based on how long they've been on the rack, which is nice. And there is even a clearance rack. This is nice, because some of there things are still quite expensive for a resale shop, although still a deal compared to buying new.
