Staff ok but the jewelry is cheaply built. I bought a $2000 bracelet and the clamp fell off less then 6 months into owning the bracelet. So, we finally take it back to Gold Italia where it was purchased to see if they would repair it and the guy is charging us $65 when this is your very own cheaply built jewelry. I won't purchase from there again if I've got to turn around and repair what I've bought.
