Josh was great!! He was right on time. Very knowledgeable and he had to install a landline which is like a lost skill. Josh was friendly and my husband and I had a very pleasant experience.So far, the service has met our expectations. Looks forward to a long lasting relationship!

Just moved here and my experience with Glo couldn't have been easier to set up online. No issues with timing, but I booked more than 2 weeks in advance. Service was quick and easy for set up. Was done within an hour and a half. Now have better than ever internet which is really nice. Nothing beats fiber and it is clear here to me

Our experience with glow fiber has been hands-down better than the cable company that has a monopoly in our area. Stephen walked us throughout plan options in plain language, and was prepared with technical info also. Kevin did our install. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He was on time and quick. The only reason our install took an hour is because the software needed to update, and that took a few minutes. He sealed the exterior hole well and caught/ cleaned every bit of dust created. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality of our install.

Getting internet through this company has been the absolute WORST experience. Glofiber talks about their quick internet speeds but won’t talk about how their speed isn’t extended into their customer service. 2 weeks ago I moved into a house and properly scheduled getting them out to install wifi. I work full time and also go to school online. The day they were scheduled to come out, they called to reschedule needing 10 days before they’d come install due to things needing to still be done on their end. Frustrated but still understanding I rescheduled. Today was the day they were rescheduled to come out with the time frame of 10am-1pm. I took off from work to insure I’d be there to let them in. A little after 1 pm I hadn’t heard anything from them so I decided to call for an update. I was informed that they canceled my appointment and I was needing to reschedule again do to things on their end.. They never once called to update me durning those first ten days. My yard was marked and ready for them on day two and yet they never came. When talking with customer service with these problems, they couldn’t give me a straight answer and was very short and to the point with me. I am truly unsatisfied with everything up to this point and have wasted almost 3 weeks of my time and still have no wifi. I feel like I am better off going to Cox.. and so is everyone else.

I switched from paperless billing to having the bill mailed, because I am filing for Bankruptcy and can't use my credit card to pay online, and my brother agreed to pay it if they mail it to us. It didn't get done. So frustrating! I was assured that it was done, but it wasn't! Not happy!

I have a pretty unique circumstance but Greg patiently helped me navigating through the whole thing. He was able to get me a next-day appointment to have my equipment installed. Yay to internet service! Kudos to Greg and the team!P/S: they showed up on time today for the installation appointment, fast and efficient, very professional!

Glo Fiber installed fiber optic cabel and boxes the end of February & the beginning of Maarch. Service still isn't available. Called them and they said they couldn't get the permits for hookup. My ? Is, Why install the cables and spend the expenses to bring in crews from Ohio to install when you don't have the needed permits to connect .
