It's worth the drive to make it up the hill off Mohawk Ave in Roanoke, VA, to have your vehicle serviced by this auto shop. The friendly and efficient service provided by this business is incomparable. They are NOT about trying to 'rip the customer off'', as they provide excellent car service.

I gave 3 stars only because the staff is nice. However they have had my car for now 4 months. I was told it would take x amount of time for the part, then told it was a bad part and it would be another week then another week and then I was told they had a tracking number and it would be there in a day or two then that turned into another week. Then I was told my part was there and would be pulled into the garage the next day and worked on. I called for an update and was told my part was not there and the were trying to find out where it was. I am lucky anyone answers the phone. I never get a call back like I am told I will or my messages returned when I leave voicemails. I am most likely never going back unless I have to for warranty purposes.

I am being generous by leaving one star. I have recently moved from California and did not really know where to find a good automotive in the Valley. Beware of these rednecks!!!!! First of all not even sure if their business is a part of a accreditation. My receipt said out of state tax added on. I found that extremely strange as we are in Virginia. I had to look up Virginia tax to compare what they are charging. The BBB evidently says you have to file a complaint and they will try to resolve the matter. How can your resolve anything with people that tow people's car in like myself and then it has more problems and ran worst than it did before. They evidently do inspections also which seemed like people where driving up and asking for a sticker not even making an appointment. Really unprofessional. DO NOT believe these con-artists. I hope I can do more now that Hummer will have to go to a second garage and hopefully can fix what Erik thinks he knows. ........

They worked on all 3 of my line and my husbands chargers and the workmanship and everything is above par. I’d take any of our vehicles to them anytime!! Go to Glens if you every need any work done
