“Great gift shop and superior service. My grandson got his letter of college acceptance just before Christmas and I wanted something special for him with his new college logo. They did not have anything for this particular school but they made something for me and had it ready in less that 24 hours! They were great working with me on this. Thanks so much. He loved it!”
“This little gift store is located in the heart of Roanoke's Historic Market Square. I always enjoy looking at their window displays, which contain many quality items tastefully displayed. Besides being a place where one can find a good variety of beautiful gifts for all occasions, one can also find very nice Virginia and Roanoke City souvenirs, as well as Virginia Tech Hokie Bird and Virginia Cavaliers t-shirts and items. The pink flamingo is the store's logo, which has been opened for over 40 years. Victoria, one of the store's owner, and working there on the the I visited was very nice and helpful in showing me around. For the small space, they have a very nice variety of quality items very well placed all around the store. It's a pleasure just visiting the store, and one will always find something irresistible to have to buy and take home. I would recommend this store to anyone who is around Roanoke Market Square and looking to see a nice variety of good quality items in a small but well used space, and treated with excellent customer service that will make you feel at home while shopping.”

“Wine Gourmet has become our happy place! The kids and I stop there after school for a perfect size box of chocolates and to shop their Jellycat selection. We like that there is always a variety of Jellycats for everyone's personality. The vibrant axolotl is perfect for my nature kid and the soft squishy elephant fits my youngest. Wine Gourmet doesn't just sell Jellycats, they also love them as much as we do! And if you just need to get away from the crazy day, pop in and you will instantly fall in love with the warm embrace of the owners and staff.

Accidentally ordered for the wrong date and the staff was super understanding and willing to work with me and move my date over with no extra trouble, they made sure to keep in contact and delivery was right when they estimated it to be! “GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
About a month ago we had a problem with 2 of their products, to no fault of their own. It was their supplier. We were passing thru on our way back to Tennessee. I called and let them know and Travis got back in touch with me and is going to make it right with us. I highly recommend them.
